Ok well I need help for the dragon bones,scales also the cheapest place to by a house and how to just accumulate a mass amount of gold
Post about help and ect.

The cheapest place to buy a house would be Whiterun. Breezehome I believe is $8K total with the furnishings included.
If you have the Dragonborn DLC, you can also get a free house on Solstheim. Look it up on Google if you're interested - it's called Severin Manor. It's pretty good for a free home, but be warned that there is a pretty common glitch where two corpses never despawn out of the home, and it will play creepy music whenever you're in it. Still, it's free so eh.
If you're a member of a guild, you can also use their housing. Storage is almost always safe in guild housing. Only thing about that is is that you can't move your wife/husband in or your kids if you have any. But of course guild housing is free as well.
Also if you've done it already - SPOILER ALERT -
you can use Delphine's secret room as safe storage and just buy a room at the inn when you need it. I've done it myself. Works like a charm.
If you aren't adverse to cheats/glitching the game a bit, there are all sorts of ways to get a bunch of gold. Google how to find merchants chests, that's one way. There is also an unmarked tomb just past the Statue of Azura where some skeletons spawn. One of them drops a book. The book spawns infinitely. So you can get as many of those as possible and sell them 'til you're rich.
To make gold legit, I would suggest joining a guild. The Dark Brotherhood will make you rich. Seriously. That's if you're not adverse to killing people for the coin of course. Bounties will also give you about 100 gold each. Doing sidequests is a good way to accumulate gold over time. And you can also start getting into alchemy and sell the more expensive or un-needed potions. That's a good way to make a lot of gold fast.
I'm not sure what you mean by needing help with dragon bones and scales, though. You'll have to be more specific or I can't help you.
