Nocte Aeterna
Sir Not-Appearing-in-This-Film
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this, but some serious advice would be well and truly appreciated.
I recently purchased a new laptop, and it runs vanilla Skyrim like a dream. The next step was to replicate the modding process that I used on my previous PC. Evidently, I did it wrong. The game crashes right after the Bethesda logo, just after a brief glimpse of the dragon symbol. This is apparently an infamous CTD caused by some mod issue. The problem is, I don't know which one.
LOOT calculated my load order as follows:

I used this mod on my previous laptop, and for some reason, the plugin carried over when I re-downloaded Skyrim on this laptop despite deactivating/uninstalling all mods and plugins on my previous laptop. I unchecked it in NMM under the plugins tab yet it still is appearing in my plugin sort on LOOT)

I now have a couple of (possibly dumb) questions:
1. Are the number of plugins I have supposed to be incongruent to the number of mods I have installed on NMM? I have 47 active plugins and 55+ mods installed. For example, I have Tamriel Reloaded - Textures and Parallax installed, but I don't see it anywhere on the plugin list.
2. Is there anything I should be doing differently?
Please note that I do not have the technical capabilities or knowledge to "clean" the aforementioned dirty plugins. I am easily confused by the "language" of computers and modding in general and prefer to make it as simple of a process as possible. Two of these dirty plugins actually called for them not to be cleaned at all whatsoever.
TL;DR: Help. Please. Dx
