How would you please an Argonian King/Jarl?

An Argonian killed the Black-Briars, took control of Riften and had the backing of the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild. Despite the backing he has, he has the personality of a bengal cat and requires a lot of attention.

You are a Nord servant employed by him. How would you please/entertain him?

Slay all his enemies and give him their heads in a sack. After all I am a Nord, even if I am a servant.
If you mean something less gruesome, maybe make him a fancy dinner and invite his DB and TG friends over to give him much needed attention.

Promote that argonian to High King.
