Grrrrrrrr....Can't locate Giraud

Hi,
I am having several issues with my game, but one thing at a time...
Giraud is missing, I have looked for him for several weeks now and nothing, my only assumption is that he was killed off. If that is the case, am I stuck with the drum,or is it simply a glitch and it will come around?

System: PS3 with downloadable content (I have removed the extra content and reinstalled, with no effect).

Possible locations for Giraud are: The Bard's college, The Winking Skeever (at night) and he also goes to The Blue Palace to beg Elisif to hold the festival. So keep looking in all of these places.

Unless he actually HAS died, which can occur to random NPC's. (Someone found him floating face down in the river below the palace). I myself have lost countless to Vampire attacks. If that is the case then I'm afraid you are stuck with the drum for all eternity

If you want to know for sure if Giraud is dead, I would suggest checking the Hall of the Dead in Solitude. All dead NPCs eventually wind up there, I believe. If he isn't there, keep looking and he will turn up.
