We all are familiar with it in more ways than one, but it's now a three-year-old game. So, I pose you lovely people a very straightforward question: How often do you play Skyrim as of right now?

For me, I usually touch it once or twice a week. I do occasionally play it for hours a day still, but I've been distracted by other games (Smash Bros., anyone?) among unrelated things.

I'll also play it more often if I have a new character that I like.

I just recently finished a several month hiatus and started playing it some again a week or two ago. I'd say I play a for a bit every two or three days. Not the endless hours non-stop I played it for in the past, but still a decent bit especially for a 3 year old game and one which I've spent 2000 hours or more with since I got it.

I play almost everyday. Most o f the time for just an hour. But there are days where I spend hours playing. I love this game. It just doesn't get old. I did leave it for a while to play dragon age but came back after a month.

I play it in fits and starts. I'll go a few weeks, sometimes up to a month, at a time without playing it. Then I'll play for hours on end for a few days at a time (with appropriate breaks for eating and sleeping of course). That may be because though the game is 3 years old, this is my first time playing it - so it's not old for me yet. :)

Time for some ale
Almost daily. At most, I'll go a week without playing, but that's rare. It's the only game I play, currently. I'll rarely play when I have less than an hour available though, yet sometimes if I've 30 minutes to kill, I'll jump on and do some smithing or enchanting, or get a $1000 shave and haircut... Something of that nature.

Pretty much what the others have said: Off and on.

Sometimes I go for a few weeks without playing it (and play maybe a Total War campaign for a while or something), and then go back and play the crap out of it. Sometimes I go for a few days on a break from it then I play for only an hour before not touching it again for a week. After that, I either do a marathon without realizing it (time flies when you're sucked into a game after all...) or I get bored. As you can tell, I swing from one extreme to the other.

If I were to do a mean/average calculation...

I'd say about 2-3 times a week, for about 3-6 hours each time sounds about right.

polan can into space?
Every few months or so I play Skyrim almost exclusively for a week or two. Outside of that, I'll play for about an hour once in a few days/weeks.

I tend to switch games every so often but because i recently installed all 3dlc's i've been playing with this one character for about...a monthly nearly and i play it every day about 12 hours a day i know insane lol
my character is lv 97 and so far i've completed dragonborn and have a fully furnished house with two children a bard and a steward so i'm done with hearthfire i think, all i got left to do is dawnguard because i feel that dawnguard is gonna be THAT dlc that im gonna enjoy the most.

How do you backstab a Dragon?
While I am currently on a break and obsessed with Dragon Age Inquisition and probably will be for months ahead, when I do play Skyrim it's daily and at least 50 hours a week. I know, I just can't quit!

I havent played in a while... which is strange because I usually do when the Xbox Live's gone bust. Playing Halo 2 (the original, not XB1 exclusive anniversary edition) ATM, which (due to its age) no longer has any form of Online Multiplayer either.
That being said, I get the feeling I may be going back on it soon. Just finished reading the Hobbit & will be watching the whole trilogy (TBOFA in Imax!) in a few days time, which will undoubtably get my fantsay-nerd blood boiled up.

When in doubt, follow the fox.
I just re-energized my Skyrim experience by switching to PC and getting some mods that are real game changers. So now it's about 5 days a week, several hours each time. I don't tend to play on weekends but I would if I didn't have a FAMILY demanding all this stuff from me!!!

Being the nerd I am, I play it at least an hour every day. Most of the time I'm just walking around though, because I've done everything to do in the game about a few months ago. :/

Currently I'm just the bane of bandits and bears alike.

These days I only play Skyrim for my let's play. Still leaves me awestruck coming back time and again from ESO though. Funny how your gaming changes when you try to make a Let's Play Channel.

Not really much lately. I only have Sundays free and Skyrim takes a back seat to everything else I have to get done. (damned RL)
I also just built myself a cool little gaming PC so I am playing Sims2 at the moment. I may get Skyrim for PC one day...but that is way down the track. Still want to tweak some things on my rig.
