So if one person choose not to install perk fix overhaul he has thalmor without basic vanilla skills? So do you start to understand the reason why I cant do what u ask?
Not really...But a thought crossed my mind these days. Dual Flurry Perks only increase speed weapons if two OH weapons are equipped. Therefor, it becomes useless in any other situatons. And I don't think the Thalmors use two OH. In conclusion, users that don't use Perk Fix Overhaul, have nothing to lose. This should be enough to convince you.
 
People who do NOT USE perk fix overhaul, keep also dual flurry original, so thalmor will not use.

People who USE perk fix overhaul, they own dual flurry which increase stamina reg while dual weilding, so thalmor will not use.

Conclusion: Admitted that Thalmor own a perk they do not use in any case...

where's the problem?

Dear WW, the problem is that I removed all conditions from original Dual Flurry perks because is the only way to have speed weapons increased for both hands separately (and I have mods who give this perk to bandits). I also use your Fighting Stance modified perk.
So, the speed from both, Dual Flurry and Fighting Stance is cumulative, which is way too much.
 
They can dual wield, I just searched now, it's vanilla.

Thalmor Warriors use leveled one-handed weapons, made of steel, elven, or glass, and wear leveled armor, made of either elven or glass, depending on your level. They can hold just a weapon, a weapon and shield, or dual-wield two weapons. They carry a leveled dagger (steel, elven, or glass) and a random selection of gems, food, drink, and gold.

Hello to you too. First I have to say that I am surprised by your quick answer.
I didn't play much either for quite some time being busy to redecorate some houses and prepare a new playthrough. Now I am finished and will start play. Just the other day I was impressed once more time how a werewolf throws away a giant. And I think I found the solution to prevent faster regeneration, like your vampires or Erkeil.s MD have. And I have a request if you are willing to: A dragonborn moduke of SAI not depending on Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.

Oh...I almost forgot: Did you play Death Mountain?

Some hot fixes. I recommend to install Town NPC only for testing purposes.

- Fixed bug which cause Hagraven to be passive
- Hagravens now can summon minions (Forsworn or Werewolf) to come in aid
- Fixed DD patch minor issue that previously stucked executioner 'cut-head' animation in Alduin attack
- SkyTest patch Update: now compatible with 1.38
- Fixed bug in Town Npc module which prevented Vilkas to appear in order to complete "Proving Honor Quest"
- Minor fixes

Well, I tried Dragonborn SAI module and the game crashed before the Main Menu. I don't have (Unofficial DB patch install). I don't remember exactly, but does not requie the Unofficial DB patch?

hehe funny cuz I have been playing several games while thinking to Skyrim still! :)

also, unfortunatly I had to format my external hd due to an unreversible error and with it I lost my mods and Skyrim installation folder.



Btw no,if you use the installer it automatically avoid for you the SAI content which is bound with DB patch by ticking the right option.


Truly Undead Reborn from the last time I checked it was fully compatible...

I gave a look also to Death Mountain: frankly I am quite sceptical with all these new things, new objects new enemies new quests...
it always cause issue with my textures due to my already loooong modlist... and I have crashes yet that I am trying to recognize and fix, also quest bug due to Town NPC module which I am working on yet too.

I still don't understand why are you so concern about playing new mods. I don't say to keep it. Just play it and than decide if you want to keep it or not.

I hope you know that Fight Against the Thalmor are 4 parts? Unfortunatelly, I can't tell you about the mod. I didn't play it.

I did play Falskaar though and it is ok. The author of the mod is working to a new release which also modifies some old content. You can find info about, on Bethesda forum. I think, if you are not in hurry, to wait for the new release.

Death Mountain is ok too. Only problem is that the mod use a lot of NPC in same area which make weak computers to have serious frame drops. I had to play it on a different install with only a few mods. Of course the author had release a lite version for weak computers, but the true challenge is in the full version.

And since I am deep in my module fixing yet, I dont need other mistakes to handle.

Real Wildlife? Dont know, but is an abandoned project as far as I see.

Real Wildlife was taken and updated by somebody else.

No absolutely, but yet similar, I just improved compatibilities and switched some mods like imp with rnd... you know, also rnd is translated to many languages including ita.

I get rid from some superficial one just like luch grass... SMIM imo fullfill my needs covering already enough textures.

SAI Town NPC - fix trainer issue Vilkas now teach two handed weaps
SAI Adjustment - include a fix to Voice of the imperor: now last only 2 (the right time to deal a few strikes. Previously duration was 60: the time to kill half an army) secs while forcing npcs around in an uneasieness that give penalties to stamina for 60 secs
SAI Skytest patch - now animals have a workaround for health increase, while previously wasnt working correctly
Vampires & Monsters - vampires removed Prey faction
Deadly dragons patch - restored all sizes of dragons to 1
Realistic Poison - Spider Web-spit fixed: now they will be able to spit a web which decrease movement and melee speed.

Did you need the updated modlist?

It seems to me that you have reached some hardware limit. So, if you want to be able to add heavy content, you have to do some compromises, like giving up on HiRezTex packs, set options for quality lower...
 
Kind of odd with my i7-3770 and my hd6870 not the best config but anyway enough to play skyrim decently. True that since 1 week ago in my pc there was a i5-2500 but my ram has been 8gb always. As respacks I am using only smim others are official's ones.
I just prefer leave things as they are to focus better on any sort of problem and fix faster if is due to SAI somehow so i can release new fixes as this intended by my thread here :)

Those kind of errors are not coming from the amount of RAM. I experienced similar kind of errors that you did and I also have 8 GB of RAM.
Sometimes portion of the sky missing or not loading textures properly - these errors never happened after I dropped the official HiRezTex packs.
"my character that falls under the ground" - this one didn't happened to me. Similar though: seeing NPCs walking half buried in the bround;
although for this one I suspect a mod at that time that altered game levels and the bonus feature.

Leaving things as they are always will stop you for playing interesting mods as you wanted to. But that's your choice.

There is though a simple way to see if your PC is powerful enough. It will only take 15-30 minutes of your time. Let me know if you want to do so.

Bytheway, how you like TK' Ultimate Dragons?
 
No, I am not going to not install any mod, but till I am working on SAI I am not pressing on that side, or at least not yet.

I threw a look at this Ultimate Dragons, looks quite good.

I am going to release a new version soon where Skytest patch is no longer set as esp apart but all in 1.


My module is needing a restoration here, it has been broken in many features especially i am sorry for knockback which didnt work anylonger...luckily this shortcoming release will fix a lot of problems including that and finally with a version even better then before.

PS: I threw a look into ultimate dragon esp, very well made, it's made to be compatible with almost anything script based I will give a try surely.
