Hello everybody, about 3 months ago I created this video in which I noted 5 games that are fairly similar to Skyrim.
Since then I have completed all 5 games with my girlfriend and we've gotten pretty bored with video games, have any of you got any suggestions for games we'd might enjoy?
If not, I hope my video atleast helped you discover a game or two :p incase you did watch it.

Gothic 2 or 3.
Oblivion and Morrorwind (If you are PC player, you can mod those almost modern day graphics).
Fallout 2 and 3

If you liked fable three check out fable 1 and 2, much more better games.

Not open world but sword, sneaking and fun: Dishonered and darksouls.

Linear and not open world: Dark messiah mght and magic and ArcaniA (Gothic 4)

Well seeing as Fable 3 is on your list I'd tell you check out Kingdoms of Amalur as it has a similar look and feel to it. I'd also say check out Shadow of Mordor, not out yet but does look good. And lastly Lords Of The Fallen, looks like a Dark Souls clone, again not out till the end of October.

I've tried all of these, i'm guessing you didn't watch the video because Gothic 4 was mentioned in it.
Thank you for the help though, i'm more after a non-linear game in medieval times like Skyrim.

How do you backstab a Dragon?
The only ones I've found are Oblivion (of course TES game!), Dragon Age: Origins & II (not open world, but similar concept) and Dragon's Dogma - very similar. There's also one out there called "Bound by Flame" that is a similar concept, but not nearly as flexible or open world as Skyrim.

All in all, while I am playing DD right now, nothing beats Skyrim! Hopefully there'll be a VI. That would make me very happy. :)

I doubt Elder Scrolls VI will be anything like Skyrim, they've already released elder scrolls online which was basically Skyrim online. They'll want to go in a new direction.

The framework of Skyrim should definitely appear in ES VI.
Single player ,open-world , lore-friendly , loot heavy with a first person perspective option.
Quests , factions , time period , and location tbd.

Would a bug free game be too much to ask for?
XBox One or PS4 for best glitch resistance ?

Yes. It wouldn't be ES without them.

Totally agree. Personally I vow by PC, even if there's a glitch it's easily fixed with a small DL, and even kids who have basic knowledge in scripting are able to fix bugs and release patches publicly.
That's why PC support > anything else.

Exactly! Better, maybe, but wouldn't you miss raining mammoths and breakdancing drauger?
I definitely would. Bugs are what makes a Bethesda game a Bethesda game. I remember bringing thralls into homes, killing them, waiting 30 days then returning to have my ex thrall killing the inhabitants.
