Hey guys!
This is über frustrating! I decided to play Skryim again and I get to this big bug!
I've heard about different bugs in this quest, but after some researching I can't find anyone who writes about the one I'm experiencing. But maybe you guys know something about it!

So, I've just killed the "boss" draugur by the word wall, but the draugurs body is no where to be seen! The arrow marker points on the floor by his coffin - that's it.

Am I doomed??
Do I have to start the game all over again to finish the main quest??
Man, I should've kept more of dem saves so I could go back and do the quest all over again!

Thanks for your help guys!

Shiney, let's be bad guys.
I'd go back to a previous save. You should have an auto save from when you entered the chamber.

probably just one of those annoying glitches where the body falls below the floor. I'd reload the previous save. It should fix the problem. I had something similar with the boss in Kilkreath. His body fell behind the wall and I couldn't finish the quest. I had to reload the save and fight him again.

Since you're on console, you have two options:
1. Reloading
2. Waiting for the dungeon to respawn (30/31 days) - the respawned boss should* have the Dragonstone. You'll have to go through the entire dungeon again, though. (Even if you wait the 30/31 days at the back cave entrance, you won't get through to the boss chamber that way because the stone "door" will have closed.)

* I tested this once, however I did not have the quest "Bleak Falls Barrow" active. I have no idea whether having the quest active affects the Dragonstone appearing on a respawned boss.

Dudes! Thank you for your help! <3

The thing is I don't have that save left, someone once told me to use only three saving slots - but that tip was obviously not a great one =)
Gonna wait for the whole thing to respawn, that should work!

Thanks again!

yeah. That's a strange tip. I have close to 800 saves o_O

You don't want a whole bunch of saves, especially on a ps3...not sure about xbox...but what they probably meant was use three hard save slots. Let the autosaves keep going. Mine gives me a few autosaves, and my three hard saves, so I have a bit to choose from. Problem with autosaves, though, is if you go too many places before you notice a problem, they overwrite themselves.
