Hey guys i was wondering what weaponry or armor do you think is rare, hard to find, and not that many people know of

Dragon Kin

You seem a decent fellow. I hate to die.

Yup, what Dragon Kin said. Plus, on the 360 there's an achievement for finding 15 Daedric items. Alas, I have not found 15; think I only have nine so far. And that's not counting the Daedric artifacts you score after completing the Daedric quests.

There's only 16 possible, and not all the Artifact are weapons. You can only get either Hircine's Ring, or the Savior's Hide from the Blood Moon quest, unless you glitch it. if you do, you get both, so you can skip one of the other 14.

Also, the Dragon Priest masks are all unique, and you have to collect all 8 (From the bodies of the DPs) to get the last one Konariik. Just about any build can benefit from one, or another.

LOL . if it`s rare , then EVERYONE knows about it because most of us are just like you !

As far as rarest , that would be any dragon or daedric pieces you find as loot in chests but you are too low a level to be seeing those yet.

An Argonian of your skill set might like Bolar`s Oathblade(Bloated Man`s Grotto) or Valdr`s Lucky Dagger(Moss Mother Cavern) as weapons. Or the Drainheart Sword and Drainspell Bow found in Labyrinthian.

For light armor , the Thieve`s Guild you joined will provide Linwe`s Armor or the Nightengale set which are both pretty nice. If you wanted to add a bit of destruction magic to your skills then the Forsworn Armor of the Old Gods might fit the bill.

Armor that not a lot of people use: Shrouded armor (Dark Brotherhood), Ebony, Glass, Elven.

Weapons: Blade of Woe, Dragonbane, Ebony weapons, Elven weapons, Dragonbone weapons, dragonpreist staves, Dawnbreaker, Mehrunes razor (hard to get if low level. 50+ recommended due to forsworn).

My setup is Ancient shrouded armor with ebony bow, ebony dagger, ring with enchanted sneak+stamina, necklace enchanted with one handed+archery.

My bow does 214 damage not including arrows. My dagger does 114 damage.

I do trick shots (Don't do on random people in cities. Do on bandits)

Daedric weapon with banish enchantment on it. VERY rare to find on loot or at the merchant.

Deadric boots of muffle. Even rarer.

Now, it is easy to make if you have your smithing skill high enough and found the enchantment in other items.

Also, Wuuthrad, the weapon of Ysgramor. Has to do a full quest with the companion and reforge it.

I say that ancient falmer curiass from the new DLC... put a few enchantments on it, maybe improve it, and BAM! Best light armor ever. Of course if you more into heavy armor, I made this legendary dragonplate armor... OH MY GODS, IT WAS AMAZING!!! :Dovahkiin:

As for weapons, dragonbane matches with the dragonplate armor, and a nice little daedric sword goes with the falmer thing perfectly

ShadowGambit that daedric enchantment stuff isn't too hard to make with enchanting skill perks.

As I said, it is not to hard make, it is hard to FIND :)

IDK, Daedra Hearts, Ebony, and the Banish Enchantment are pretty scarce without using console codes, or glitch exploits. Not to mention, you either need 90 smithing, or Conjuration (for the Sigil Stone to use the Atronach Forge) and a pretty high Enchanting. Or, you could just cast a Bound weapon with Oblivion Binding, and get it over with. That just requires 50 Conjuration, no Smithing, materials, nor Enchanting. I can do that with a Breton at level 5.

I`ve been grinding at the Atronach forge for hours and well over 100 tries to complete an entire Peerless level Daedric armor set and the 3 pieces that will(have) not appeared are the Boots of Muffle , Gauntlets of Peerless Archery , and Shield of Grounding.

but I`ll keep trying . If anything , I`m a persistent s.o.b.

I think that the Muffle enchantment has the lowest random % of the game, on any type of boots. That makes Daedric Muffle boots nearly impossible to get.

Now Adam, if you are a "persistent s.o.b" you may be a lucky s.o.b too :p

For me, the Banish enchantment. Without a doubt.
I have played across multiple characters, 100's of hours of gameplay and not come across it ONCE.

Then theres my friend who found it easily and regulary finds it. As per usual, I bring the skill and knowledge, he brings the luck.

Banishment enchantment? Isn't that where you send Daedra back to Oblivion? That sounds like a bad enchantment as I use mine to fill soul gems and make it easier to kill dragons. For my armor I use health+one handed and fire resistance for heavy armor. Light armor I use archery.

Banishment only sends CONJURED Daedric people back to Oblivion, basically a one hit K.O. Remember this doesn't mean regular Daedras get 1 hit by banishment enchantment. Only conjured, so I find no use for this unless you want to make money.

Point is, don't enchant your best weapon with an enchantment you can't change. Banishment is not worth it as you run into a few people who conjure them. All in all, disenchant Dragonbane, and use it's enchantment on your favorite weapon and kill those dragons easily. Much much easier :)

So in conclusion, best weapons with the dragon enchantment, best money is banishment.

Some people may find use for banishment but I do not so I stated my opinion.

MushroomGenius

Jarl of Fungi, Great Khal of the Mushraki
Fork.

Knife.

Pretty hard to find those. Fun to run around town in ragged trousers, Ring of Namira, and dual wielding Fork + Knife. You can even double enchant those bad boys!

Guess you could add Shiv to that list too, only one chance to ever get (and keep) that.

Yeah, it's situational, but it still EXTREMELY rare nonetheless.

I got mine at low 40 mid 40's, if you're a good stealth archer, the forsworn shouldn't be a problem, it's just getting to the places where the pieces are that's the annoying part, I spent the good part of an hour just trying to figure out which way to go to get to Dead Crone Rock, frustrated the hell out of me. :p

Took another dozen recipes to the Atronach Forge and finally got the Boots of Muffle but not the other two pieces
