Octavia

~ Ryla <3
Ryla's adventure finally begins! I'm still not sure what sort of play style/build I'll be going for just yet, but I'm thinking of a light armour/heavy armour combination, with archery, and two-handed weaponry (spears to be more specific). :)

Preparing to assault Fort Dunstad. She was asked, by Aeri, to deliver a letter to the Jarl in Dawnstar before this.

Fort Dunstad, cleared out, with help from some Stormcloaks.

Some wolves attacked Ryla and some Khajiit merchants along the road, in the bush. An am-bush, I guess you could call it ... no? Okay ...

Finally arrived, and she was greeted with a little ... argument, between the Jarl and some citizens. (Plus an apparent wolf attack?)

Getting a quest to retrieve some fine-cut void salts, located all the way in some cave near Morthal.

Attacked by some (very tough) Rieklings just outside of Dawnstar. She completed the salts quest a while after.

I've got a bunch of 'gameplay' screenshots across multiple sessions, too many (IMO) to post them all here, but these'll do just fine. :p

Making a new friend! He's a bit old, yes, but I like him. Arghus is his name. :)

Getting caught up in a good ol' tavern brawl. Oh boy.

This jerk, was a jerk. Now he's dead.

Just taking a stroll to Dawnstar, nothing special. (I also fixed the snowy ground thing, yay!)

Meeting 'The Rock', as I like to call him ... while Arghus has a little chat with a lady.

... And here you can see, the sad death of my old friend. Stupid Riekling piece of- ...

Making another new friend. After being with Arghus for so long, she finds it hard to travel alone.

Now that I think about it, this is kinda like a journal ... a picture journal. :D

Ever since I updated one of my dragon mods to a new alpha version, a second dragon has shown up every single time after killing Mirmulnir but before I've gotten back to Whiterun (during "Dragon Rising"). Starting to think it's a feature. :blackdragon:
Here's a picture from last night:

Had an action-packed day...

First a trio of mercenaries with ebony weapons attacked:

The Stormcloaks at the nearby Fort Sungard helped me kill these three, but it still took a long time. Slow Time is active, hence the black-and-white effect.

One more to go (low stamina, hence the blurriness):

Here's the contract they were carrying:

Later, someone (not sure who, but probably Alik'r) managed to aggro a pack of Ruddy Aspfangs near the aforementioned fort. An epic battle ensued.

Aela, who happened to be out hunting and who can be seen in the background of the above image, helped me kill the dragons, but it still took 45 minutes (real time).

Finally we were down to one dragon (the night was unusually bright, which was extremely fortunate):

Holy hell I'm actually sticking with a character for once, even going so far as to make it past level 20.

Killing her first dragon ... however just pretend none of this absorbing stuff is happening. She ain't Dragonborn. :p

Taking care of the bandits over at Fort Greenwall. (Also switched to a more performance-friendly ENB)

Stumbled upon this fellow, Among-The-Hist, who decided to tag along with Ryla and Kharjo (who's casually hanging out off-camera)

Battle within Ironbind Barrow.

Defending Dawnstar against a Blood Dragon.

Dimhollow Crypt ... good thing we brought lanterns, that shiz is dark!

Chaser and chased:

A patrol a day keeps boredom away (these Imp patrols are hostile on sight):

Bandit attack in the Blue Palace. Had to reload several times to prevent non-bandit deaths.

Went to complete a bounty quest at Skyborn Altar, expecting to find an Ancient Dragon, a Wyrm or some other strong species... easiest 500 gold ever.

Moar dargons.

This time starring dragons from "Bellyache's New Dragon Species" mod. And Ester Eriksdotter, of course.

Ruddy Aspfang (or its identical friends) could not get through the door:

Next, a series of photos called "Ester Eriksdotter vs. Brilliant Leviathan", location is Whiterun Imperial camp (that I was going to clear out).

The combatants:

vs.

"Dragon-go-boom arrow" about to make dragon go boom:

Sabre Cats joined in (there were also a couple cubs there):

Uh oh...

Damn Spriggans are everywhere...

Heh.

"Dammit, I really need to stop trying to slay the tent."

Getting up... yet again. Damn dragons, always ragdolling me.

Watching things burn (again):

The end of the awesome battle:

Conquering the mountains of Skyrim, one peak at a time:

Preparing to prepare a Frostbite Spider BBQ:

To fight or not to fight? The latter, because getting ragdolled in beast form really stinks.

Mr Forz

I'm helping. Mostly.
Meh, never been into assassins much.
