How do you backstab a Dragon?
But he looks so much more friendly than Gordon! Eek. :)
You should see the kill scenes!
Can you record animation? That's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to the release of Skyrim on the PS4. I can record animations on some of my games on my PS4 for posting and that is just WAAAYYYY too cool for a console. :)

I play on home console - PS3, is there any way to enchant anything remotely close to the weapon requirements other than daggers?
I'm in dense mode today. Not sure what you mean by "close to weapon requirements." Are you asking if you can enchant a ladle or fork?

I may attempt this at some later date. For the now the steel daggers are fearsome, but Movarth was quite difficult. I had to eat many bowls of stew and drink many bottles of wine to get through that fight.

A Butcher's Knife and Meat Tenderizer combo perhaps? A mace in the main hand and a sword in the off hand?
I suppose that'll have to do.

Whatever could be considered available and close to a ladle/fork/wooden spoon, etc. I know you can't but if there were anything else.

I don't know if anybody's said this yet, and I haven't ever used them, but creation kit shows me a weaponized fork and knife, on the patio table at Honeyside in Riften. You may have to buy and decorate the house in order to use it, I don't know.

If that doesn't work, there's another set, laying on a set of rocks beneath the foot bridge out of High Hrothgar. The foot bridge is outside the gate you go through, when they teach you Clear Skies shout, to go up to the throat of the world. I would recommend using Become Etheral before you try this. I can't tell exactly where the path goes after you cross the bridge, but it looks like you can climb/step your way down the rocks, or go etheral and jump. I've circled the knife/fork here. They're just laying there, no rhyme or reason.

Both do very little damage, 1 or 2 points, but neither shows the 'disallow enchantment' keyword, so I think they can be enchanted.

Ok, I just tried this. I edited above, because it is on the trip to the throat of the world, not outside the running gate, but when I got down there the knife and fork were not there. They are there in ck, which means they started out there, but it is a steep downhill, which means they could now be anywhere along the remainder of that slope. I'd say Riften is your best bet for getting both.

The knife and fork are available in a fully furnished HF home, as you said. Chef intends to build a property and thus obtain the utensils. It remains to be seen if they'll be of any practical use in battle; right now he uses duel steel daggers enchanted with frost. He's currently lvl 11 and continues to build his alchemy and powers of speach. Since the chef's clothes have no armor rating, Ramsay wears steel cuffed boots and gauntlets. Heavy armor perk "fists of steel" will be used, as the chef will indubitably find himself in brawls.

If I may make a recommendation, you might wish to use the outdoor garden. Plant a couple each of canis root and imp stool, as well as some blisterwort and glowing mushroom, and a bit of deathbell and red mountain flower. That gives you an unending supply of paralysis, smithing, and damage health potions. Nirnroot and nightshade work well for damage health too, as does another imp stool. A one-point fork with paralysis potion trumps a 10 point sword.

I'm totally going questing for the HH fork and knife set

Redguard yes. But it would have to be a young and thin Chef, since the game doesn't allow fatness. From there, he would just need to find a red tunic and wear the chef's hat.

I'm actually considering making my Chef's build, and I'm going to base him on Gordon Ramsey. Or Hannibal Lecter, whichever I can make him resemble the most.

Thank you sir! My next build will be a Gordon Ramsey. Too bad there are no butcher knives in the game.

Of course i don't make it past the quoted post, and go back to see it has been done. Oh well I guess I am about to copy somebody.

Don't feel bad. I was all ready to super-enchant a ring of unarmed and build Chuck Norris...only to find out it had been done.

You still could. See if you can make Ramsay look more like Ramsay than my Ramsay. I doubt it though. It's because you can't fine tune the features like you can in some games, you are stuck with pre-set chins, noses, eyes, and so on.

I had to make him a Nord, which I didn't initially want to do because I already have two Nord characters, but I could not get the features even close on a Breton or Imperial, (didn't try Argonian. Hmm...). After some thought, it does seem likely that Ramsay has Danish/Norse ancestry, though I could be wrong.
