I walked into Honeyside after a hard day of thieving and murder to find an orc standing in the middle of my house in full armor. My reaction was to go into sneak mode, which showed me being hidden. So I snuck up behind her and slit her throat.

OMG!!
First time I ever played, you know that peep that got executed? When Alduin attacks, the headless body just flies away. XD

Once my husband, Vilkas, gave me a basket for a 'gift'. I went to Falkreath, dropped it, and this random peep came up and screamed "LITTER! LITTER! LITTER! LIIIIIIIITTTTTTEEEEERRRR! GUARDS! GUARDS! GUUUUUUUAAAAAARDS!" And this random guard cameout of NOWHERE and literally beat my guts out and killed me. ⊙.⊙

Started a new play-through (with the Requiem mod this time). Had a couple interesting situations befall me.

First, Balgruuf isn't slouching in his chair. Turns out he has a horrible disfiguration. I found him 'sitting' over here when I initially met him. On subsequent visits he has always been on his throne.

Suffered a couple times from the 'raining mammoths'. I tracked this one down afterward because Requiem adds potion ingredients to their carcass. I was in shock when I found it.

I'm sure there is a lesson here somewhere about not running with your weapon or something. Actually, the bandit died from a bad case of arrowcitus his corpse just happened to fall in a particularly gruesome fashion.

I've never run across this before. I found a set of butterfly wings on the ground (I had already picked up the other one before I took the screenshot). I hadn't dropped them and there was no one else around. Guess the butterfly spontaneously burst asunder.

I got stuck in midair when fighting a Chaurus Warrior and a Bristleback (had to reload to fix it):

A Blood Dragon temporarily glitched, and I was able to climb on its back (featuring a Stormcloak patrol):

Twin dragons (two basic Dragons that breathed frost) attacked Dragon Bridge:

Last but not least, Captain Hargar of Broken Oar Grotto triggered dragon battle music... and he wasn't even that strong.

Got another one to add.
I had just bought Lakeview Manor and began to work on it, right? But then I ran out of wood and I thought, well the Riverwood lumber mill is within walking distance so let's try and get more there. So I walk over there and I see the lumberjacks wife (can't remember her name), try to buy wood from her, no go - she says to see her husband Hadvar (think thats his name). So I start looking for him - and this is during the day, so he should've been out and about. I can't find him anywhere outside so I figure maybe he's in his house. So I start walking in the direction of his home, only to see halfway there Hadvar on the ground, dead. I figure he must've gotten killed in a vampire attack or something. But here's the funny part. His hands were tied behind his back and his legs were bound too. All I can think is, "Wow Hadvar must've gambled with the wrong people or something."
It sucked though in a way because part of the reason I bought Lakeview Manor was to have a house near Riverwood and to be able to associate with more of the people there. :/ Not knowing when he had died I couldn't even reload a save. But it was still funny in a dark kinda way.

2014-08-27_00001.jpg it was right after I cleansed the stone near the skaal village and they were walking back, well all but one who was swimming back... it has been one of many wtf moments in skyrim for me

one of my WTF moments was in the rat ways. I picked the lock open of the door the crazy woman is staying in. She is shown to be hostile but cowers from you. I closed the door but Lydia opened it, ran in, and bashed the poor woman with a warhammer. I was just . I haven't had her as a follower since.

Remember how this happened to me a while back?

Lydia and I went to Eldersblood Peak for the Word Wall. After a prolonged dragon battle I ran out of arrows and pulled out my sword. As I struck the final blow it went into the cutscene of my character leaping onto the dragon's head to slash it to death.

It would not have been worth mentioning in this thread but for two things:

1) The dragon died on a slope, head downwards.
2) For some reason the camera decided to show me this scene from behind. Specifically the dragon's behind.

I couldn't even see myself. I spent about thirty seconds watching a draconic arse twerking it's death throes.

What the fluff Skyrim?! This is why I never let you take control of the third person camera!

IT FRIGGING HAPPENED AGAIN AT ARCWIND POINT! Skyrim, I do not get off on dragon snuff porn, okay?

I used the console command setrace ("setrace chicken" to be exact) on one of Balgruuf's kids... and somehow that made her killable. o_O
"1000 bounty added to Whiterun"

The chicken corpse even had the kid's shoes equipped. lol

I entered a loading screen just as a crossbow bolt was whizzing towards me. The result? After the loading screen was over, the whizzing bolt sound kept playing until I entered a second loading screen. o_O

Also this happened:

I do have a bounty of over 70k in Whiterun (this is my "messing around" save, and I have 2k-80k in every hold + Tribal Orcs). Apparently my simply being in Whiterun hold is now considered trespassing. lol

1) On my current playthrough, at level 3, I came across 3 skeletons stood by the road north of riverwood. They appeared as hostiles on my compass but never attacked and died from one steel sword hit. Bizarre.

2) In ustengrav one time, vilkas somehow managed to lose his sword.....but still acted as though he had it equipped. he was swinging at enemies wildly and causing no damage. he kept doing this until I went through a door that required a load screen, after which his sword was back in his hand.

3) I made vilkas my steward at winstad. After the house was built I went outside and a dragon attacked. The other guy (housecarl, cant remember his name) instantly helped me fight it, whilst vilkas stood mining clay - even when the dragons attacks were hitting him. Its like he didn't even know it was there.

4) I married ria and moved her into heljarchen, and ever since she got there she stands in one spot, never moving, dancing with a mug of beer in her hand - I don't even have a bard. I can still interact with her and she'll snap out of it if I ask her to follow me. But she'll always go back to the same spot and dance constantly.

5) A few times I've seen dragon bridge guards walk off the cliff and fall into the river below, because there is a slaughterfish down there.

I don't remember which play through it was but while listening to Irileth's dragon speech the Battle-Born lady interupts her saying "This war is as stupid as our rivalry with the Grey-Mane clan." and walks off. I laughed so hard at the idea of her calling Irileth's speech to victory against a dragon stupid :p

I went into the sewer under ritften and stole health potion, wujeeta appeared out of nowhere and said 'I saw that' and then I was like.. whatever and stole another doo-dad and then guards appeared.. Wujeeta was last seen in the damn bunkhouse and she somehow left the bunkhouse went to the docks and then swam to the sewer magically? that bitch...

Mr Forz

I'm helping. Mostly.
With a mod I'm currently betatesting, I obtained the ability to forge and upgrade bear traps. I'm in the middle of Riften, I forge one as a test, lay it on the ground, spring the trap, pick it up, everything seems to work fine, I drop it again: 4 civilians walk toward it and two of them start arguing about who's obtaining the item (the trap), one of them draws his greatsword and walks toward the 3 others, he springs the trap, he dies, end.

Eh...

I need to try this! Placeable bear traps ftw. :D

Yesterday was really odd. My character had just married Mjoll the Lioness and moved her into Lakeview Manor. Then my character asked her to be a follower. So we get done clearing out a giant camp and this is where Mjoll starts glitch ing out. I had accidently hit her with my sword during battle and after the last giant is dead, suddenly she comes over and bashes my head in with her glass war hammer (which I gave her by the way). I'm so shocked I don't fight back and I die. So the game reloads and then I, probably stupidly looking back, decide to take Mjoll to Autumnswatch Tower. I'd been meaning to visit the Word Wall there anyway, and I was trying to gauge how strong Mjoll was as well, so how better than to fight a dragon right? So we hike over there and I hear the dragon roaring atop the tower. I run up there. I look behind me - no Mjoll. So while the dragon circles me above, I run down inside the tower only to see Mjoll glitching out again, getting stuck on the last flight of stairs. I try to unstick her, no luck, so I say fluff it and go back up to fight the dragon. I hear it land and start going toward it - only next thing I know I hear the dragon die. Neither of us had hit it. My quest log updates, I get the Words, and everything else goes back to normal except I don't get the dragons soul and I can't figure out where it went. The dragon literally killed itself. Like wtf!
