Just got a permanent Dead Thrall scroll..

Hey guys, I have another question for ya. My Bosmer battlemage character just finished with the Touching the Sky quest in the Forgotten Vale, and during this she found a summon permanent Dead Thrall scroll.
So here's my question: is there anyone worthwhile to use this on and have a permanent dead thrall follower? If so, how would I go about finding this person to use it on? Or is it not worth the hassle an should she just sell it? Also would having a permanent undead follower affect my characters ability to have followers?
I have all the DLCs and I play on PS3, if you guys need to know that. I'm a bit of a novice as far as necromancy goes but now that my character is a Vampire Lord, it seems worthwhile to get into it.
Anyway any help you can offer me would be appreciated. Thanks.

There are threads that address precisely this. Search for the Thrall Thread and the List of Dead Thralls. Don't remember exact names atm. Can't really get the links for you easily from my phone atm.
