Time for some ale
This is the Chef build. Perhaps something similar has been posted before, but not since I've been around.

The Chef must use an eating utensil as a weapon, with the ultimate goal being to duel-wield eating utensils, such as fork and knife. These can be upgraded and enchanted as seen fit. A shield may be used in the beginning.

The Chef will ultimately acquire and wear the chef's coat and chef's hat. These can be enchanted as seen fit. The Chef abhors armor.

The Chef will use no found healing or endurance potions. The Chef will rely upon food for such purposes, spending time concocting various soups and meals from ingredients, and carrying sufficient quantities of these at all times. The Chef can use created potions for healing, the ultimate goal being to create all potions used.

The Chef can use magic, but it must be cooking related, such as fire, (to cook), frost, (to freeze), and enchanting, (to make the utensils powerful). Ergo no shock, restoration, or warding. Conjuring is limited to flame and frost atronachs.

The Chef does not use two-handed weapons, for obvious reasons, (eating utensils are used one-handed, you bloody fool!).

The Chef does not care for smithing. The Chef may improve his utensils at a forge, and one day build his own properties, but the Chef will never make Daedric armor or weapons. When the Chef acquires dragon bones and scales, the Chef sells them.

In theory, the Chef may be any race, and any gender.

The Chef picks up ALL ingredients found, at all times. This includes meats of all kinds, along with all wines, meads, and ales. These can be consumed as pleased.

This is all I've got for now, feel free to share your own ideas, and questions.

That gets me to thinking. Just what could a "Chef" from Southpark build be like? The only thing I've got set would be that he's a redguard. Hmm...
Redguard yes. But it would have to be a young and thin Chef, since the game doesn't allow fatness. From there, he would just need to find a red tunic and wear the chef's hat.

I'm actually considering making my Chef's build, and I'm going to base him on Gordon Ramsey. Or Hannibal Lecter, whichever I can make him resemble the most.

I've done it. Chef Ramsay now exists in Skyrim to terrorize and belittle all throughout the land! He uses duel steel daggers. That's good enough for him. He wears the chef's hat and tunic, and actually looks vaguely like the real Chef Ramsay, (due to the hat, since the game does not allow for the proper hair styling, and the face is very approximate at best). Upon entering Morthal, the Chef acquired his first follower in the form of the self styled "best warrior in Morthal," Benor. Ramsay brawled with Benor and beat him up so bad, that Benor never got back up. Even after Benor became a follower, and Ramsay went to see the Jarl about the burned down house, the poor Benor just shambled along on hands and knees, clutching his liver. Even after waiting an hour, he would not get up. Ramsay, having had enough told him to go fluff OFF! (edit: anyone who knows Ramsay, knows that he didn't say "fluff" OFF.)

You would have to get a custom music mod, so you could have such things as "Simultaneous lovin'" play during combat.

Please get this mod so that you can use wooden ladles, pots, pans etc as weapons. Another thread a long time ago asked about weird character builds and I always wanted to make a deranged chef that dual wielded ladles:

Of course the store hasn't made and money! Look at that! What the hell IS that! You can't even properly stir a pot of horker stew, and you're trying to run a store?!
