"The other is walking through the sanctuary" Scarlet nodded at Shadow, moving in front of her she took lead and headed back down the tunnel towards the main chamber "Be ready just in case" she looked over her shoulder as Shadow nodded at her and tapped the hilt of her daggers. As they entered into the main chamber, Scarlet stopped and started to listen in on where the other one was at, reaching back to grab Shadows arm she accidentally grabbed her breast, Scarlet blushed looking at Shadow "Its nice" giving it a light squeeze "Honk" quickly removing her hand and her face went from smiling to dead serious "Sorry couldn't help myself honestly" giving out a light cough "Sounds like they are in the forge area" she unsheathed her dagger and continued in front of Shadow.

The two females stopped at the entryway of the forge, Scarlets eye scanned around at the blacksmithing equipment to the male that stood in the center of the room with his back towards them "Evening" her voice broke the silence, she watched as he turned around grabbing his weapon and pointing it at them. Scarlet lightly nudged Shadow, whispering to her "Not bad looking eh?" Scarlet looked at the man "Put that down before you hurt someone with that" she quickly sheathed her blade back into her waist holder

Rangar recovered from the sudden shock with eyes ablaze with something akin to rage. That fury was soon dissipated, enough to bring his mind back into focus. He leaned against the wall of the tunnel, breathing in short gasps. He was excited, because it meant business. Rangar was first and foremost a practical man. In theory, he thought. I can get double the amount of challenging work. That brought a smile to the Nord’s lips. He continued forward silently, not wanting to startle the people he knew where ahead of him. As he moved through the tunnel he stopped when he saw a man walking into the sanctuary. Rangar was cautious when he reached what could be described as the hub tunnel.

He saw runes he couldn’t quite recognize, and let out a bit of a grunt. Of course they have a sanctuary here, Rangar thought. It really was amazing to Rangar how deep the Dark Brotherhood influence went. The amount of money to build something like this secretly was staggering to consider, before you factor in they managed to do this all over Tamerial. It was just one of those things most people didn’t think about, but it is amazing a group that that could exist at all. And obviously even sillier to imagine that they could be destroyed.

He saw the two women moving towards what apparently housed the forge by the light that emanated from the doorway. Rangar began to walk through the Sanctuary, bandolier of daggers clinking ever so slightly against his armor. His steps were quiet even if still detectable. Probably already knew I was here since back at the Tap and Tack, he thought. It really was amazing, though in disrepair the sanctuary had everything you could hope for in a headquarters. Rangar snapped his thoughts back to the matter at hand, as the women spoke to the other man he stalked earlier.

“And here I thought we all liked hurting people,” Rangar said with a smile, walking up from behind the two women. “And I do agree it is quite amazing.”

    Aden Komad

    Misfortunate Soul
Aden moved to the door but narrowed his eyes. After teleporting him all the way to Cyrodiil, was she really going to let him walk away that easily? The answer was a resounding no. As soon as he stepped through the door he was most certainly not outside. He had seen sunlight and the city of Bruma through the windows, but now he was somewhere else. Somewhere cold, dark, and damp. He turned around and saw the all too familiar door, firmly shut. "I should have known. Mother's loving embrace never did loosen easily."

He walked along a small passageway, stepping down the stairs it flared out into an open cavern with five tunnels fanning out. He looked above the tunnels and noticed there were carvings in the stones above them. The writing was instantly recognizable. The garden caught his eye, as did the pantry, but followed the garden path until it opened up into a medium sized cavern. It seemed to be made from natural rock yet not carved from any mortal's hands. I know who carved this cavern, it's etched into the very earth. The signature so familiar and almost...comforting, but he quickly shook off these feelings. The sound of running water drew Aden further in though his mind screamed to leave, his very being drove him further in. He moved to the far end of the cavern and discovered a small rivulet running through, disappearing under the rock nearby. Along the banks of the stream were beds of rich dark soil just waiting for seeds to be sewn. Tiny rays of sunlight shone down from cracks in the rock above.

He remembered his garden and couldn't help but smile. It had been so long, but he remembered everything. The smells, the creations he made, and the quiet. He walked the river and bent down after noticing a small bud. It was small but he recognized it as Nightshade. It seemed this Sanctuary hadn't seen so much activity in some time, yet it was waking up to welcome the rebirth of the Brotherhood. I could get Ragath to bring me some Bloodgrass from the manor. That could be nice. And there is a lot I could make with tha-

"No!" He stood up and shook his head again. It was tempting, easy, to fall back into that life. He admitted to himself that he had enjoyed it but there was too much bad blood now; his and theirs. His was just slightly more demonic. He sighed heavily and for some reason, kept walking deeper into the gloomy Sanctuary and eventually made his way to the kitchen. He suddenly had a flashback of being surrounded by a group of familiar faces, all laughing or arguing while they waited for Aden to serve the food. He remembered the jokes about the poison master making the food.

"Maybe...maybe I do miss it. A little." He rummaged around the kitchen noting the rock-like meat and the rotten fruit. He started cleaning. He wasn't sure why but it just felt like he should; familiar. It also stopped him from cursing the one who brought him here. As much as he didn't want to be here, he didn't want to piss her off lest she send him to somewhere less pleasant next. He didn't want to be here...right? He disposed of all the rotten food, dead rodents, and dusted a bit. He placed his rapier on top of the large table as he worked. He gathered the dishes. "Pitiful. I'll need to get better supplies. I wouldn't serve a Scamp off these dishes. I'll make a list; silverware, pots, pans, plates, goblets. No cups. We're the Brotherhood, not fl*ffing peasants. Might even bring my good stuff from the manor. I can always get more and my ebony dishes with Daedric cravings always impress."

He stopped and spoke quietly to himself, "I'm going to stay...aren't I...Mother? These memories...these feelings. Those are the reasons, huh?"

    Mistress of Shadows
"Evening" Scarlet broke the silence of the room. The man turned and Shadow studied him with the eyes of a predator. Sandy blond hair and a smattering of a beard on his face, he was indeed rugged looking. Just her type and then she was annoyed when Scarlet pointed it out in her not so subtle whisper. She was still confused about Scarlet's slip of the hand before. She disliked being confused. Scarlet sheathed her blade "Put that down before you hurt someone with that" she then scolded the man. Even Shadow raised one eyebrow at that. However she chose to keep her hands resting on her daggers as she felt another enter the room behind them.

“And here I thought we all liked hurting people,” The newcomer said with a smile “And I do agree it is quite amazing.” Shadow recognised him as the Nord who was watching them at the tavern.

"Nice to see you made it here" she said softly, inclining her head slightly. They all stood there silent for a time, the tension in the room as sharp as a knife edge. What happens in a room of assassins meeting for the first time? Depending on their motives it could all go horribly wrong in a matter of seconds. Shadow fingered the hilt of her daggers, waiting for someone to speak. She rested her bottom on the edge of a barrel, her black leather creaking, subtly placing herself against a shadowed wall and near the exit.

Daxos sword arm began to lower, but only slowly, as the others entered the room. His eyes shifted between the three of them, taking in their appearances as they stood there, wordlessly.

The women were both beautiful, now that he could actually get a good look at them. Both of them had striking features which had no doubt lead many a man to their untimely demise. He had heard the small quip from the first, the red headed one, to her companion, who seemed to be slightly flustered with something that must have happened prior to the the stand off they were having in the forge. He didn't acknowledge it however, and let her believe she had actually gotten away with saying it. To be honest, he would have to say the same for them.

Had he been a different man, he would have immediately attempted to sweep them off their feet. A foolish choice, considering their line of work, but any man who believed to be worth his salt would have surely tried.

And dealt their possible death later.

However, Daxos knew that this wasn't why he was here. He needed to focus on the task at hand.

His focus then shifted to the heavily armored nord, who he looked at with some surprise.

While the others had seemed to be dressed to slink about in the shadows, this man seemed to prefer close quarter action. Daxos respected that. It was better to look your enemy dead in the face before you cut him deep. A death from the shadows wasn't fulfilling, especially not when you had ties with the mark themselves.

However, his joke of all of them wanting to hurt people changed his opinion of him entirely.

He sheathed his blade, then spoke up, mostly to the heavily armored nord. "You may find joy in harming others." He started off toward the door, after hearing the noises come from he assumed to be the main corridor. "But don't assume we all do this for laughs." He passed the doorway, before hearing the faint, phantom laughter he had heard before. He shook his head and continued on, wanting to know who this new intruder could have been.

Scarlet somewhat glared at the heavy armored Nord "What are you smiling about?" she walked up to him, sniffing the air around him "You smell of blood" her lips curled in wolfish grin "Seems someone was busy before following two innocent females down a dark tunnel" she stepped back "We have no bounties" looking him up and down "Yes, I know of your kind" she snarled at him and walked towards Shadow "Id watch that one" she looked over her shoulder at the nord winking "He might get a crazy idea to take us in"

They stood there for a few seconds before the imperial started speaking, his looks were rugged and even his voice, Scarlet let a low growl "Sometimes it's for laughter depending what type of victim it is" she winked as she turned walking down the tunnel towards the main area "let us meet the other ones wandering around" letting out a low sinister laugh.

The tetrad walked towards the main area, empty, noise started coming from the kitchen "Please let it be someone and not skeevers" as they started down the tunnel towards the kitchen, a piece of parchment caught Scarlets eye on the table, quickly walking towards it, snatching it up and followed the rest into the kitchen.

"Eh hello there?" she spoke towards the man who was picking up the kitchen

    Aden Komad

    Misfortunate Soul
Aden's eyes snapped to the doorway as he felt eyes upon him. A woman stood in the doorway wearing black cloth pants, black leather boots, black shirt with a red underbust. She was far paler than he was and fiery red hair framed a face that was able to seem both fierce yet beautiful. But she was a rose; beautiful to look at but hiding thorns beneath an innocent visage. She was dangerous and so were the others slinking around behind her. Though so was he. He had been part of a deadly family before, of which he was arguably the most dangerous since he survived the events leading up to his parting with the Brotherhood.

"Eh, hello there?" Said the woman who seemed to be the leader of the little group.

"Quite a way you have with words there." Aden said watching them but continued to clear out the dust covered cabinets. He stacked ruined dishes, pots, and pans. Then wrote something on a list as he gazed around the kitchen. It had been a beautiful place once. All of the tables were carved from the very stone but had ebony accents and intricate designs that have not faded from age. Large sinks, lots of space, and nice big fire pit. Once stocked and with some love, it could rival any palace kitchen. Perhaps even his kitchen back at the Red Manor. "This sanctuary is in a pitiful state and from the band behind you I must have the absolute pleasure of meeting the remnants of the family."

Aden turned to face them fully, his rapier was still leaning in a corner but he could hear it calling but chose to ignore it. He really didn't need it. "Mother dear went through quite a bit to get me to this place and I left for very good reasons. I'm curious as to why, since I wasn't exactly a model son towards the end. I don't recognize any of you, so no one from High Rock seems to have survived. Pity. I would have enjoyed finishing a few of them myself."

    Mistress of Shadows
Shadow, the last of the group to follow back to the kitchen, stood outside the door. She listened to the exchange between Scarlet and the man, who clearly was not entirely sane. She backed down the hallway a little so she could remain free from the confines of the small space. She would never admit it to anyone, but small spaces made her nervous. Her black leather made her almost un-noticeable in the shadows which allowed her to study the two men in front of her. The halfblood with the sandy hair gave off a vibe of one who knew exactly why he was there. She saw a flicker of determination in his eyes back at the forge. Like he couldn't wait to fire it up and start hammering at something. This one gave her no unusual uneasy feelings. The large Nord however, did.

Something about the way he spoke, his expressions as he studied them one by one, didn't sit right with her. He looked at them like he was sizing them up, seeing which one would fetch him the highest price. If Scarlet was to be believed, and she would know better than any of them, this Nord was a bounty hunter. So what was a human collector doing here in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary? He had followed them from the tavern and that made her even more suspicious. Was he just here for an opportunity to make some quick coin, or was he dedicated to the family? She would have to discover his true motives and keep an eye on him until she was satisfied he wasn't going to slit their throats in their sleep.

Shadow sighed. She was tired from their journey and just a little over the whole meet and greet thing. She badly wanted to try the hot springs and soak in them for an hour. She cared little for knowing her fellow family members. As long as they did their job, didn't steal her stuff, and stayed completely loyal to the Night Mother then she had no problem with them. She was just about to turn and go back to her room when the new guy said something that immediately caught her attention..

"...no one from High Rock seems to have survived. Pity. I would have enjoyed finishing a few of them myself". Shadow pushed past the other two men, her hood falling away from her hair as she strode into the room to face the man. Scarlet was startled by Shadow's sudden appearance.

"And just what do you mean by that? What happened exactly in High Rock? I'm sure the rest have heard the rumors but, please, enlighten us..." she demanded in her honeyed tones that also carried a trace of venom, Her blue eyes blazed as she waited for him to speak.

“Killing family is bad business, even adopted.” Rangar said as much to himself as anyone in the room. The man before him reminded him of what a stereotypical member was like, callous and cold. The Night Mother and Sithis mostly being mentioned as lip service. Even if he spoke like a true believer, Rangar had the sense there was a breach of faith. He was untrustworthy to the group even though strictly speaking he was the only one with an honest trade. That is what I call ironic, Rangar thought to himself. Then again the Red haired woman knew he lived a bloody life, and he had to wonder. The Redguard, Rangar thought. He was said to have Dark Brotherhood ties, great I just took his place for this “family reunion.” The realization annoyed Rangar a little but it wasn’t like he was a saint.

The group was looking stranger and stranger. The man the two women met at the forge was either a hypocrite or insane. It was known, there were other lines of work that favored the same skill set. Dark Brotherhood was were the depraved and the touched ended up. They were a colorful group of folks, but no member before ever tried to lie and say they didn’t enjoy the hunt or the kill. The women were hard to read. One seemed to be the leader, while the other followed and occasionally offered advice.

This man was obviously an assassin, even if he didn’t have a weapon at his hip at the time. Rangar felt a small tingle of a smile, he always did enjoy hunting mages for some reason. He should fear those that would command the elements and mess with his mind. But that was the fun, and the challenge. But then he noticed a thin blade leaning against the wall. Rangar had to agree with the outraged woman, not exactly a good way to establish trust. Rangar left such thoughts floating in the air, he had his fancy new ebony crossbow, and all the daggers on his person. If what the Red Head said was true, Rangar thought. Then there is literally no reason to not take up the chance for more work.

“Sounds like someone was a medium fish in a little pond, and thought they must have been the biggest fish ever born…” He joked to the mixed-race man. It was strange, he had the skin tone as if he had traveled in the sun for a very, very long time. Rangar began to wonder about the identity of his new compatriots.

"Pitiful state" she shifted her weight from left to right "Well take in consideration that the Brotherhood has been disbanded for years" Scarlet moved further into the kitchen, holding her hand at towards him "Mind if I look at your list?" she placed both lists on the counter going over his and crossing off on hers the same items she had written.

She listened as Shadow started to speak, she had a very seductive voice yet you could at times feel the burn of a blade cutting the flesh when she spoke, she smiled under her red hair that had fallen around her face, handing his list back to him, giving him a slight nod "Sorry to interrupt but before we start sharing stories and introductions" she could feel the burning look from Shadow, looking back at her she smiled, somewhat cooling the look, she held up the note she found on the table "If you dont mind me reading this real quick, then we can continue on staring daggers at one another" turning the note over in her hand, she broke the silver wax that was pressed in with the Brotherhood symbol, unfolding the parchment she started to read the black lettering...

    "Welcome Brothers and Sisters,
I'm glad you had made it here safely, well some of you, there was a slight slip up on a few others, but no need to worry about that now. The Night Mother is pleased to have her children once again under the same roof, I hope you find everything you need here, granted you all may need to go shopping for a personal items. I will be seeing you shortly with contracts and if they are done up to the pleasure of the Night Mother you can be pleased with the weight of gold. Serve Our Mother and Father well Brothers and Sisters, Until then, Welcome Home ~ The Listener"

she folded the note closed.Looking and studying the male faces in the room she looked to Shadow "Sorry for interrupting you earlier" she walked towards her leaning against the wall, crossing her arms over her chest "Please continue what happened at High Rock" she continued to study the men in the kitchen.

"The short version or the long version?" Aden said crossing his arms as the group's focus once again shifted to him. He didn't particularly want to tell the story. He had spent a long time trying to forget it all once he left the Brotherhood, yet here he was again. True the memories were nice and it would be so easy to slip back into that way of life; she had almost had him. But now he was remembering the end. "Short version? The same thing that always happens to someone with power; they abuse it. They pissed me off so I poisoned half and slaughtered any that got in my way as I left. They deserved far worse though. By that time they were simple cutthroats, not worthy of the Brotherhood. Or maybe I was blind and that's what it always was."

"The long version?" He pulled back his collar to reveal a faint but jagged, brutal looking scar. "They no longer heeded the tenets, the Listener, or Mother dear. It all started when the older leader of our sanctuary died on a contract. Now that I think about it, he was probably killed by Thaan, his successor. Only a few resisted the changes he began to make. It was slow, as if to ease those on the fence to his way of thinking. We started taking contracts not bestowed by the Listener, killing anyone for a single gold, and was far more concerned with material wealth forsaking all of...well, I suppose it could be called spirituality of our Brotherhood. He even would loot the houses and possessions of those they killed before pawning them off."

"Then they decided it was time to eliminate the 'traditionalists,' as they called us." Aden spat with a bit of disgust and anger. "I won't go into details but when it was over everyone was dead except for me and my throat was half-slit. The Night Mother didn't answer or help as such a blatant act of treason against all we held fell to ashes. So I took a little vengeance back to the Sanctuary after I dug my way out of a shallow grave. I loved every second they suffered. Hearing them choke as my poisons ate their insides and lit their blood on fire. However I knew there were too many and after I was left to my fate by dear Mother, I decided to leave that place to it's fate. I skewered any that dared enter my sight as I left and never looked back. Then, years later, I threw a fluffing party when I heard they had been wiped out."

"And now Mother dearest has dragged me back. Such a happy tale isn't it? I trust that soothes your curiosity." He said leaning against a counter.

Daxos listened to the letter that was meant for the "family" that he was now a part of. The premise of their business was simple enough. Take contracts, kill the target, get paid.

And give glory to this Night Mother and so on and so forth.

The idea of another deity pulling his strings made him feel uneasy. It hadn't helped him before he came to this pitiful place. Yet it would suddenly help now?

However, he knew that he could at least do the work he was given and work on the forge.

He could pursue his new-found purpose, and do what he had to to keep it.

The red head who had read it aloud returned to her spot, crossing her arms and signaling the man in the kitchen- who Daxos had fully deemed to be touched in the head- to continue.

However, as the man spoke, he started to understand a bit of why he was that way. Dissolution of loyalty. Betrayal. All ended with the inevitable collapse of all they had worked so hard to achieve.

    That certainly sounded familiar.

As the man finished, Daxos felt a strange respect for him. He still believed the man to be touched, but he sympathized.

He had become mentally burdened by his past as well. He knew full well how it changes someone.

Shadow had listened to Scarlet reading the Listeners welcoming letter, somewhat consoled that this was what she had hoped for. A place to make a home, to belong. She studied Scarlet as she read the letter. Her sister in Blood. She was able to accept Scarlet as family straight away, but the others, she was still not sure about. Who was the Listener and when would he arrive? Shadow was broken out of her revere when the man in the kitchen spoke.

She became even more angered when she heard his story. One part not wanting to believe what he was saying, but also knowing in her heart that it was true. It was rare for a Sanctuary to stray from the path like the one at High Rock, but not unheard of. Shadow couldn't imagine the betrayal that he had felt as his fellow family members turned on him and the faithful. Still, to go on a murderous rampage like that...she did not trust him at all.

"They deserved to die for their betrayal" she nodded, accepting his story, for now. It was all she would say on the matter. She felt unclean just hearing his story and her skin crawled under her leathers. She needed to get them off, to wash away the anger that clawed at her insides. Without a word she left the kitchen and walked quickly back to her garden. The darkened cavern was cool and quiet and she at last could hear herself think. She sat on her bed which she discovered was not in as bad shape as she initially thought. Rummaging through her satchel she pulled out a small towel and rose soap, a fresh tunic top and suede pants. She headed for the hot springs, taking the left side with the lavender sprigs growing out from the rocks. A deep natural pool had been carved into the floor and she smiled as she shed her clothes, the lavender scented steam calming her. She slid into the water, gasping at the heat as it soaked into her very bones. Shadow rested her head on the side of the pool and closed her eyes, shutting everything out.

Scarlet watched as Shadow slipped away after the man had finished his story "Hopefully that will not happen here" she made her way towards the tunnel leading away, stopping she turned on her heels "Ill be going shopping for a few items that I believe we will be needing tonight, if any of you fine men would like to accompany me youre more than welcomed too, I'll met whoever or if you all wish to join that is fine too, in the main area" she did a small bow "Five Minutes for anyone waiting to tag along" and with that she left the kitchen leaving the three men standing in the kitchen.

She walked towards the living area towards her room, she heard water splashing a bit, grinning she made her way towards the in ground springs, stopping at the doorway smiling at Shadow "Hope you have your blades near, in case of those good looking men decide to get extra friendly" she gave off a small snicker at her "Im going to head out get air, get some stuff we should have at least tonight, guessing like everyone else travel was somewhat rough, figure Id buy some bedding, something to eat tonight, then maybe tomorrow actually go somewhere get stuff make this place live able" she sat on the edge of the spring running her hand in the water "You want anything tonight? Want me to wait for you?"

Shadow's eyes flickered open as Scarlet entered the cavern smiling and commenting on her daggers. Indeed The Girls were within arms reach, as always. Shadow was never unprepared.

Shadow thought for a moment.

"I can't really think of anything right now. I was planning on buying some nice Sabre-cat furs for my bed, I hate those woven sheets."

"Want me to wait for you?" Shadow shook her head as she reached for her beloved rose soap, her one indulgence. She lathered it up and began to scrub her skin, standing waist-deep in the steaming water.

"If you don't mind Scarlet, I will stay behind tonight. I don't think I can take anymore....socalizing with strangers" She realized she was not being entirely helpful. "I'm sorry. I'll help out when you get back. I'm just..." She hoped Scarlet understood her need to get away from the others, she had been alone for so long, being around others in such close quarters was overwhelming. She shrugged, unable to think of anything else to say. She had already said more in the last half hour than she would in a whole day and it was all she could handle. She then thought of something that had been bothering her.

"Scarlet... Why did the Night Mother abandon the faithful at High Rock?"

    A.Auditore

"Well, I wouldn't know for sure why she abandoned her children at High Rock, as I wasn't there, and communication between all the sanctuaries were very low, most of us wouldn't hear of anything until months later" she stood up, stepping down from the spring "But my guess is that, they broke the night mother and dread fathers rules beyond forgiveness, that she saw no hope in bringing them back" she shrugged "Rules are rules, even thieves and assassins have rules, I'll be back later, hoping you wont have to use your blades" smiling at Shadow "If I find a skin I'll get it for you" she turned around and headed out towards the main area taking a seat at the round table, she propped her feet up and waited to see who else if anyone was going to join her

Daxos returned himself to the forge, trying to occupy himself after everyone else dispersed.

When he returned, he started to take note of the things he had noticed they needed. He wrote a list down, just as the Red head had, and headed for the main area.

As he did so, however, he swiftly realized that he was not the only one about to depart.

He saw the very same woman, with her feet propped up, waiting it seemed. Who or what for, he believed, was anyone's guess.

Possibly for her companion that was currently enjoying the springs, or maybe to make sure none of the other men tried to enjoy them too.

He noticed her list, and figured that this was not the reason.

He wasn't sure if he should speak to her. Sure, he needed to at least get to know his new "family", but did he need to do it so soon?

He wasn't too sure that trying to be friendly would go over well with her, despite the personality she hinted at from his interaction with her so far.

However, he took the chance to speak up, but wasn't truly sure why.

"I suppose you're heading out for your list as well?" He stated, his voice sure, despite his surprise that he had spoken to her at all.

The young bartender, who Sheydna was... attending to, gave out loud bellowing screams as Sheydna pleasured the young girl moving her hands all over the inviting provocative body of the juvenile woman. The bartender made almost disturbing noises as Sheydna persisted to pleasure the girl. Soon Sheydna had finished her work. She stood up pulling on her dress and leaving the young bartender to lay on the bed, out of breathe feeling like she had been seduced by the gods themselves, her face blood red from the excitement Sheydna had given her.

Sheydna left the tavern continuing her way to Bruma, her face still flustered from her interesting stop to the tavern. Her intentions were to rest at the tavern but some things were more important than resting like giving herself sexual pleasure. Soon she had left Whiterun, now extremely tired and overwhelmed, but she needed to reach Bruma so she hired the horse and cart only approximately 200 meters from the vast city.

Soon she was in Cyrodiil after taking a long, hard earned rest inside the cart. Bruma was almost visible from where she was the icy, snowy weather causing her to shiver with the cold from inside the cart. She had reached the city within another hour or two. She hopped out of the cart her teeth now chattering from the cold she paid the driver 200 septims and entered the city.

Whatever was here better have been worth travelling all this way for. She scanned the city it hadn't changed much, still run down and was like one big slum compared to most of the other great cities of the province. She wandered city, waiting for a sign that she had reached her destination and that the infamous Dark Brotherhood were here.

    Aden Komad

    Misfortunate Soul
As he finished his tale the members of the group's either expressed their opinions or stayed silent. The group began to disperse, leaving Aden alone in the kitchen. He didn't need to go out for his supplies but he did need some peace and space. He grabbed his rapier before heading back to the garden and moved to the wall farthest from the entrance. He gazed around to make sure no prying eyes were lurking in the shadows as he took Blood Oath from it's hiding place. He pricked one of his fingers with the blade and let a single drop onto the signet ring made of bone. As soon as the blood hit it, it was absorbed quickly vanishing without a trace. The mouth of the skull opened to reveal a small black orb; a sigil stone.

He pressed the ring against the wall and Daedric symbols began to form in a circle around it. As the ritual finished, he cut the palm of the same hand he had pricked and place it against the ritual circle. His blood traveled along the ring, filling the symbols as well, until the all was a dark red standing out against the cave wall. He channeled healing to his hand to mend the cuts. He took a step back and said, "Ragath."

The circle seemed to glow brighter and a figure appeared from a doorway of fire. Clad in blood red and midnight black armor, the Dremora place a hand over his chest and bowed. "It has been sometime, my lord. What do you require?"

"The Red Manor is to be restored. It seems I will be coming back and visiting more frequently." Aden shifted his weight and brought the list out of his pocket. He looked it over once more and then handed it to Ragath. "I will also require these items from the vaults, garden, and kitchen. I should be home in a few hours. I suppose I will have to assume the mantle again and re-establish a great, many things."

"It shall be done." He said taking the list. "The manor and the others will be ready upon your arrival."

The Dremora walked through the door of fire when it appeared again, vanishing as if he had never been there. Aden ran a hand through his blond hair with a sigh. He still didn't know what to think. He was conflicted on the whole situation. But it was obvious the Night Mother wasn't going to let him leave, at least not yet. So he resigned himself to the situation. He would give it a trial period and perhaps see what the Listener might say when he arrived.

    A.Auditore

    maybe...
Scarlet looked up, her feet still propped up on the table "Uh yeah, figured it would be nice for all of us to have something to cover up with when we... well if we sleep, plus I'm pretty sure most of us are hungry" she swung her feet off the table, jumping up from her chair and walked towards the imperial, holding out her hand "Scarlet" he gripped hers in a firm but gentle shake "Daxos" smiling at him "Now thats out of the way lets go get some supplies" he nodded at her, extending him arm out, gesturing her to lead the way.

Stepping out of the temple Scarlet blinked a few times until her eyes were use to the sun "We can get as much as we can at the general store, whatever they dont have" leaning close to him looking at his list "We can then go to the blacksmith" she pushed her hood off, letting her hair fall around her face "Shall we continue on?" smiling as they walked side by side into the Novaroma "Thank you" as she walked past him as he held the door open for her.

Scarlet started looking around, grabbing up a basket, she started putting in items that she thought they'd be needing tonight, coming back around she stopped at the counter "Hello, I was hoping youd have some items I can purchase now and place an order for later items?" the Altmer behind the counter leaned over "Let's just see what you need first if I have it then it's yours of course for a price" she rolled her eyes looking away "Yeah, right, I wouldn't come in here if I didn't have any coin" he reached out touching her hand "Not what I meant" he winked at her.

Scarlets face started to burn with anger, quickly collecting her temper, she leaned over as seductively as she could "Oh well in that case, come closer" as he leaned in more she grabbed him slamming his head on the counter, getting close to his ear "I will not have you or anyone treat me like I'm a piece of sweet candy, two things can go down right now, I beat you to the inch of your life, or you can sell me the plops I came in for and place a damn order for the items you do not have" pressing his face harder into the counter "Which do you want?" he started grunting, trying to push himself up "What do you need miss?"

Scarlet smiled "Do you have bedding items and a sabercat skin?" he nodded "How many?" "Six" he disappeared in the back and came out a few minutes later with six things tied with twine "Anything else?" she slid her list towards him "And what I have in this basket" the Altmer nodded again "Alright"
