Mine is Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill: Homecoming! Both are very creepy and atmospheric.

Cry of Fear, or Resident Evil: Remake.
If you don't know what Cry of Fear is, look it up. Pure fluffing nightmare fuel.

Is cry of fear a half life mod?

The Shadow Queen
Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Nothing is more horrifying that being the last person left on your team and hearing four special zombie types, played by an opposing team, creeping around in the darkness around you.

Toxius

Frost Wolf
Silent Hill, resident evil 1,2 and outbreaks. Alan wake. Also the original alone in the dark

Punz

Dark Lord of Skyrim
Mine are Resident Evil 1 & 2. Silent Hill 1 & 2 and Dino Crisis. Those games bring back the fondest memories.

Bring me my broadsword, and clear understanding.
Because it is the only game to make me jump I have to go with Silent Hill, games develop and the gaming quality improves - but it Silent Hill remains alone in that ability

Necromatic Mastermind
Outlast was great, though it was a journey that ended without making any real sense, for the whole journey you only have a camera, and the light it portrays is dark green, very atmospheric, especially outside in the dark, there were a few jump scares that got me, most of the game was stuff I could just run past now (because 75% of it, you were expecting something but nothing happened)

Because of previous experience with stuff like Amnesia it was similar.

Also has anyone played the "P.T - Playable Teaser" for the new Silent hill by Hideo Kojima?

Its pretty complicated, but very scary, definately the most immersive horror I've played in a while, its got both atmosphere and jump scares (which are awesome when they get you) - you might need a guide to get through it like I did, that is, if you can stomach its creepiness.

You seem a decent fellow. I hate to die.
Dr. Ned's Zombie Island expansion for the first Borderlands. Man, those shufflers creeped me out. The entire atmosphere and mood on the island was creepy good fun. Hated those Pukers for obvious reasons, too. :vomit:

Also, Alien: Isolation. Not as creepy, just suspenseful as to when the Alien's gonna show up again. "What?! He can smell my fear/sweat through this awesome hidey hole of a locker?!" Or, "Is that a spiked tail through my chest cavity or are you just happy to see me?"

All of the Silent Hill games. I know, I'm mainstream, but it's the truth.

P.T -> Don't even go there lol :D Looks promising.
