My son just shot the sun with a blood soaked arrow and Auriel's bow. Scary!! Tamriel is destroyed! We're scared because it's not going back to normal. NPC loses all his regular dialogue and shrieks, "This weather seems all wrong to me!"

Should be fine the next in-game day, from what I remember.

Yep, mine always resets the next day. Try waiting until the next morning. Although in my game people still have their regular dialogue... but do make comments on the "strange" weather.

haha, it's so funny watching a 12 year old play Skyrim. Yeah, we looked it up after he waited a couple of hours and nothing changed. So, or course, he did it again because it's really fun to shoot an arrow into the sun and HIT IT. THEN, he decided to punch Heimskr in the face with his bare hand and pay the fine, all for good sport, but the scene went into a KILL CAM and it killed him! That cost him almost every cent he had because he never has any money. Thinks $3 grand is big money.
