So just recently my game started to lag badly on recieving items and talking. Someone will "give" me an item but it won't say item added for about 30 sec or more and it won't be in my inventory during that time. Also when talking I have to exit out of finished conversations. Any ideas? People have said to move the Skyrim and Skyrim. Pref INI files. Where would I move them?
Lag on Receiving Items/Chat/Pressing In Game Buttons

It's just anytime I'm talking to someone or I'm being given an item. The INI files are located in my games then go to the skyrim folder. I deleted skyrim and skyrim pref INI's. It seemed to help a little but I cleared out my inventory and it really helped. I had a ton of stuff. So for now problem resolved!
