My Kingdom is feudalistic, so the one King rules over a court of Lords that manage different provinces on his behalf whilst he does actually wield total power over them and their armies. There have been many wars between them and the Li'ivi in the desert south, but the Kivikoshi have been on good terms with my kingdom for as long as can be remembered. We hold no particular stance towards magic, but we do use lots of beasts in our army of around 12,000. Particularly horses. My initial aim will be to settle disputes with the Li'ivi, then colonize.

IF we're haivng armies in GoT standards, that's low. (if theý're all mounted than it's ok). Also, 400 Yunka in your ranks seems high if there are 10k of them left in the whole world. My army is going to be beefed up but lack in variety (only swords, bows and protective magic - no mounts, no pikes, no real mages)

10,000 yunta in our four kingdoms. All rough estimates. 2,500 each. 1,250 males, mostly mercenaries. I didn't think 400 would be that many but I'll cut it to 200 to be sure and beef the army to 13,500 not including the 5000 or so Li'ivi tribesman that will eventually join the army or any extra recruits.

My kingdom has a king, not a queen yet, and has several different provinces ruled by Lord's, known in Sondheim as Arlond. We have a northern snowy area, a southern forest area, with in between having harsh winters and beautiful blossoming summers. There is an island to the north west of us that is a dessert. We have no stance on magic, but since our prophets use it, it won't be outlawed.

I'm intending to have the majority of the native Li'ivi in my kingdom, one of the Kivikoshi cities in there near the border and about 400 Yunta in my employ :p daryl if you wanna have tamed it yeah but I was thinking it would be more of a legendary hero sort of deal rather than recent

Yeah it doesn't have to be anything recent, the beast could be dead by now if you'd like. It'd just add to the overall legend/atmosphere surrounding my kingdom that I intend to create.

Also, Vampires. I still intend to have Alex Mercer as a ruler but I was thinking of having a sort of split into 3. Then in my first or second post, maybe third Alex unites them all under one.

So lore wise, I want my kingdom to be have been three. One of them will be conquered and the other willingly. It doesn't matter too much, I'm just dividing my own land and then having my kingdom take over the rest of the land that OOC wise would already be mine.

History and culture will be accounted for, I plan to have them as a nation that used to be united but erupted in civil war and under some form of treaty became 3 separate kingdoms. Then Alex unites them again.

    Back to the vampires.

Can I create them? I don't know if anyone has already, I haven't looked back in a while.

The way I think it could work is if like in elder scrolls there are different kinds of vampires, that way if any of you guys want some vampire action but don't particularly like my design you can adapt your own and make their culture different.

Alex's past will be way different but I'd rather explore that in the RP since I won't be able to get to a computer for a long time so a new CC would be extremely difficult to make. The family would be the same, and the flag. After my kingdoms are united they'll all share the same flag anyway.

    BACK TO VAMPIRES.

Alex would be a vampire lord, which means he is much more powerful than the lesser vampires are. I'd like it so that long ago there were pure breed vampires, but eras ago they interbred with humanoid races and now there is the contagious disease that can cause one to have a little bit of vampiric blood.

But the idea is vampires of today are no where near as powerful as the vampires of old/long ago.

Then, when a vampire lord comes along it means through magic of some sort/ they become closer to what the older vampires were and when they transform that's the form they take on.

I plan on making my own religions that are true, so I think if anyone wants to create a god to have them similar to Daedric princes when it comes to how much they do.

Like, we all know in Skyrim they exist, some get along others don't, but they're not going to randomly smite a random person?

Sorry if I'm confusing anyone. I'm just saying a religion I create isn't going to affect how gods work in your world or the limits of your gods.

And any religion I create doesn't have to be believed, accepted or known in anyone else's kingdom. And my religions god being real doesn't mean it has to be the ONLY god.

When I create the religion (I haven't yet) if anyone else does also we can come up with if the gods hate each other or if they accept each other or whatever, I plan on my god having something to do with the supernatural and all that.

So if anyone wants a religion on how the world was made and to worship that god in RP, you can create that because it won't contradict mine.

Also Blitzz, just a suggestion but since we are bordering and you have Li'ivi, could we make a desert that crosses the border to our kingdoms?

That way we don't have to create Tao separate deserts and have the land look like it was created block by block and it can have a more natural feel. We could agree on a desert name, but I'd just let you choose.

If this happens, I'd plan for Alex to be a ruler to the very left of my province (when mine in RP is split into 3) then when he unites them all and becomes leader of the entire 3 kingdoms

(still have the same amount of land as before map wise, I've just split it into 3 pre-RP, it shouldn't be too confusing but I'm just specifying so you don't think I'm taking extra land than I'm suppose to)

After Alex becomes leader of all 3 kingdoms, he gives the desert in his land to the Li'ivi, who were casted out by previous rulers. You said they do not often integrate with city-dwelling races, so I'd assume they'd want the desert back.

My plan is when Alex is turning one kingdom on the other, he also enlists the aid of the Li'ivi in the land and promises them their home back. So here's how it is really, if it were dumbed down.

"If you help me fight your oppressors by joining my army your people will have their home back."

Is that okay? I don't want to have the race do something they wouldn't do, but I think it sounds good. Any feedback is welcome.

Also, can we assume all of the races/beasts are distributed in the kingdoms, so when I'm writing posts or having characters talk I can say that there are these beasts and races in the kingdom?

I hope you guys can see the picture.

I've marked my area, the obvious part, but here is the request.

Brown = Island I think Blitzz should have, I chose this island because it is close to both of us. I'm not saying "Here, I'm choosing what Islands you have" Its more of a "I'm backing off of this one in case you were wondering"

The yellow circles I request be under my control. They are too small to do anything of major significance, they would just be Islands for the rich or small fishing villages for the poor. I was thinking maybe if there is a diplomatic marriage between my kingdom and Colonelscout's, Alex would give an Island to his newly wed child and their spouse for them to live on or just have as a getaway home. Its not major plot significance. Or even used as major rewards under rare circumstances, or just to be ignored forever.

Colonel, I used you as an example since we had plans in the other RP, I'm not trying to force you into anything. Just an example. Is this all good guys?

I like it! I think it's a good idea if the desert does carry over, I was thinking that in my desert there will be about 20-30,000 Li'ivi Tribesmen. Sounds a lot, right? But when you consider that they're all going to be spread out into clans, many will be hunters and craftsmen and very few will be warriors, when it comes to adding them to my army I doubt any more than 4,000 would be soldiers. Unless I start taking the hunters too, which may not be a bad idea. I'll happily claim those Islands too :p For the desert, I kinda wanna keep everything there, like clan names and stuff, on the same naming terms as the Li'ivi, so the desert name could be, for example; Ari'iki, K'aarakh, Vo'iri, etc. Considering that northern desert stretch goes along the top of your lands, and has to end before the borders where the north turns into ice in Scout's land, it doesn't leave a lot of room for the Li'ivi, so do you wanna have it stretching down so that there's more space?

I like the idea of you creating your own religion, that sounds like a really fun idea. I'll wait and see what you can come up with, and if I like where it's heading, I'll either make a god that brothers him or rivals him :p

Having it stretch down is a good idea, and you can have complete freedom of all that stuffs :p

My religion might be a very specific one in terms of the god. It's not a huge thing but for followers of the god, favorites of the god will receive a mark.

Kind of like dishonored but not like dishonored.

Can I have the mark protect the bearer of it from all animals and wildlife? Not including humanoids like the human races and the giants.

I wouldn't have it be with everyone, like my entire army wouldn't be decked out with it to render animals useless against the army. It would be a rare thing. Only character I can think of that would have it right now are very important religious leaders and Alex Mercer.

It will all be explained, that's just an ability I'd like to ask for in case anyone objects. I don't think it'd affect much, but it makes sense to where I see this headed.

(Could also contribute to that rare and dangerous beast taming in lore Blitzz)

Yep, but I think a monster like that doesn't really count as an animal as such ;) still, I like the idea of it

I was going to say beasts since that's where it will delve towards but I thought animals technically cover everything including people, which is where I excluded people/humanoids.

Oh another thing guys, mostly blitzz.
Any non humanoid creatures, the all beasts and animals, I want my god to have created.

When you guys create a beast or animal, I want my god to have created it. You guys when you create it have complete freedom of everything about it, just religiously I want this god to have created it.
It doesn't affect what the beast/animal does, just long ago this is who created it. This does not include humanoids like the Li'ivi and humans.

    Is that okay?

Also Blitzz, if you like it in the end, if the Li'ivi don't have a religion yet could they follow this one? I don't know how far I'll stray but it would kind of make sense with the whole animal creation with the god and hunting/tribal aspect of the Li'ivi.

If not I don't mind, just a suggestion. Anyone is allowed to follow it, but them following it is something I just then thought of. It won't give me or my characters (such as Alex) any power over the Li'ivi.

    Blitzz

    A Friendly Brit
I did have a plan for a religion of the Li'ivi that would play a significant role in the days to come. As for your god having created everything... well, you can BELIEVE he created everything, whilst others may believe otherwise

    Daryl Dixon

Yes, I was just requesting could it be factual that mine created the beasts and animals? But beliefs may differ, but as this is fiction as creators of this universe could it be known among us what actually happened.

If not it's okay, it would just make sense as my whole religion centers around animals, beasts and supernatural.

    Not people though.

If you don't want that it's fine, I'll just have to somehow work around it. I'd like it to include all beasts and animals, but not insects or people.

But don't hesitate to say no, just a request.

We need to make sure when we talk facts with our made up religions that they do not contradict each other, that's why I'm asking these questions.

    Blitzz

    A Friendly Brit
If religion is all about belief, when none of these gods may actually exist, I don't see why we need to talk facts regarding what actually got created by who if it will all be disregarded by different beliefs in the RP anyway :/

    Daryl Dixon

    Absentee
Yes that's understandable but this is fantasy isn't it? Like Skyrim and Mortal Kombat even, what gods exist is usually fact.

Like you can not worship the Daedra but people know they exist. Even if by now it's become disregarded by other races due to lack of history on the religion I'd still like us to do this.

    Here's an example.

You could have a religion that goes against mine, yours says "Never eat a banana while bathing naked" and mine says "You can only eat a banana whilst bathing naked".

It can be factual that your god created all fruit and veggies, but mine may have given water to the world. It's factual in this sense, but in the religions what they practice is what they choose and believe.

So they don't have to agree with each other, but I think behind the scenes we should know this stuff.

Also, I think the gods should know of each other. I don't want us doing god to god communication or anything, just something like this.

    Example.

The god who created people/humanoids is on good terms with the god who created fruit and veggies.

The god who created animals rivals these gods but is paired with the god who created the world.

They don't have to directly correspond, and their beliefs may practice different things but behind the scenes facts should be facts.

No god will directly control ever animal or human regardless of if they created it, just... I've done enough explaining haha.

    Daryl Dixon

    Absentee
My religion doesn't force it's belief upon anyone or control all animals and beasts in any way, it affects mostly the people who worship it. And the way it affects them can involve these animals and supernatural as such.
