I run my PS3 through an AV-receiver (tx-sr607), this is wired up to a Mordaunt Short centre and a pair of Missions (L/R), though I intend to add four more powerful speakers for 7.1 of boom! This rig is complemented by a projector, the Optoma HD600X.
In short, I get a freekin' huge view (currently 100+ inches in my small room) and killer sound. Seriously now, my dragons are near life-sized.

I. Rock. :p

the first pic is an i7 2600k, 4.8hgz with a gtx580 in tow for gfx grunt. the one on the right is an i7 930 oc'd to 4.6ghz with dual 570's and an SSD for good measure. the right hand machine is fully watercooled, 800d case.

they dont have much difference between the specs to be honest, at least not in real world performance when it comes to game. the only major benefit is the ssd in real world work.

sound system is an asus stx card with corsair sp2500 on the right side machine.

the lager is sponsered by carling, the rizla, by well rizla.

Just in time for the fiyahworks show! BOOM!
that does appear to be dust, but nevermind that, is that a dragon skeleton on the monitor?

It's a skeleton dragon toy from How to Train Your Dragon. I have Toothless as well. I got the Skeleton one cheap and it looked cool, which is why I picked it up.

To be a bachelor!!!! My gaming setup consists of my TV and PS3. Nothing fancy. If I still had my original setup from back in the day, my 4 and 1 year old would destroy it!! Plus, I only play at nights when the kids are asleep. If I used any type of surround sound, I'll awaken the beasts!

Awesome house BTW. :)
