Problems selling items (not stolen) to NPCs on PC

First of all, I have never had any problems with Skyrim, on either PS3 or PC. This of course changed today. I am a frequent visitor on the Nexus Mods website, namely for Skyrim mods. I downloaded a few armor mods this afternoon. Later on that day, I started playing Skyrim. I started a new character, worked through Helgen, then got my way to Riverwood. I wanted to sell some items (not stolen) to Alvor at the forge. He does not display any options regarding the sale of his items. Thus, I cannot sell or buy from him. So then, I try Lucan, at the Riverwood Trader, where he does not feature options regarding buying or selling. I figured, I would try my luck with Adrienne at the forge in Whiterun. Again, I run into the same problem where Adrienne is not providing me with the option to buy or sell with her. I am confused! I have uninstalled the game twice, with no luck.... I need some help.

I would look at the mods you got. And then go turning them off, and seeing if it is one of those creating the issue.

All good. Yeah just trouble shoot it, and then update or remove the offending mod.
