I made this list myself off of my own playing experiance on the xbox 360 and what I thought would be cool plus what could be fixed. And also I found some cool mods on "Top 5 Skyrim Mods of the Week" on youtube.

Also can i have a link to LooT.

It's not THAT over the top, but you need to make sure you read everything about compatibility on each of the description pages. When running a lot of quest/npc/immersion mods, some may conflict with scripting.

Better to be over the top than drowning below the surface.

What would be the minimum specks for my computer to run these mods, skyrim on best settings, and video recording software at the same time?

Well, seeing as you have no Texture packs, no ENB, and no flora overhauls, a modest system could run the game smoothly w/ fraps, OBS, or shadowplay. On my old computer I was using some light texture stuff, no ENB, no flora, and was running 60fps. That was with an i5-2500k, a GTX 560ti, and 8gb of RAM.

For textures I have taken all recommened/essential mods and ENB offcourse (I will remove depth of field and bloom from enblocal ini)

You are over the top when
- You need combine mods by hand because limit of 256
- You need dll that remove 3.2 GB ram limit (skyrim is 32 bitt program)
- Your GPU have run out of VRAM

Other must have mods to me
-Unofficial patch (all four)
-SkyiUI
-Apachii skyhair
-Immersive armors, immersive weapons, immersive creatures
-Achieve that
-shouting experience
-Dance of death
-Skyrim Uncapper
-Racemenu
-Build your own house
-ImmersiveHud
-Ufo
-even better quest objectives (I will hide compass and enemy indicator from hud)

I use Mod Organizer to avoid reinstall skyrim when problems come.

How about follower Vilja

Some mods that need carefully manual reading are
-Force New Idles Skyrim aka FNIS combatiple
-Use certain skeleton
-Use SKSE
-Edit same cell/area than other mod you have
-edit levelling list (Some naked and unarmed enemies means two or more weapon/armour mods edit levelling lists)
-edit merhants inventories
etc

Dont mix Steam workshop mods with Nexus mods, LOOT cannot differentiate between the two and wont be able to sort your load order properly. At least thats what Im told on one of the nexus threads I have posted on.
