Your scripting engine is going to be put to a REAL test, that's for sure... Frostfall, Wet & Cold, multiple follower mods, even more large quest mods etc. Unless you DID buy your PC from NASA, I'd suggest expecting problems on that front.

Helgen Reborn and "The Frontier to Cyrodiil" are not compatible, according to HR's FAQ. Read that same FAQ for info on HR and Civil War Overhaul (CWO rocks, btw) compatibility. Also, make sure to read up on compatibility between HR and Live Another Life.

I see Requiem patches but no Requiem, assuming you simply didn't list it. :)

ESF:Companions may have incompatibilities with Expanded Towns and Cities (only if you choose Whiterun, obviously) - I recall seeing a post about problems with one of the benches in the "backyard" of Jorrvaskr, though that wasn't with ETaC. I'd suggest checking the mods' forum threads.

I don't know half of those mods, so that's all I can say regarding compatibility.
Make sure to carefully read through the mods' pages. Checking the forum threads (especially the stickies, if any) is never a bad idea, especially if you suspect incompatibilities/other problems.

I an expert when it comes to this sort of thing.

- Many of the Mods in your Mod list may be Incompatible with one another, many have had problems with helgen reborn

- If you use an Overhaul mod such as SkyRe or Requiem you will not need as many mods, Both add countless new weapons to the game and several new armor sets as well as a great number of new spells and both affect enemy AI

- To many mods regardless of PC will increase chance of / CRASH TO DESKTOP

- It is kind of Pointless to have so many armor and weapon and clothing mods unless you actually plan on wearing all of them so I would remove a few of them and go for something more Basic

- For Stability I would only choose 2 Mods from each category and have an overhauler such as Requiem or SkyRe to handle all the basics

If you intend on Using Requiem you will also want the Patches for it for Various Mods however Requiem was designed to use with as few other mods as possible

- Requiem adds a lot of its own weapons from Various other mods so you could cut a few weapon mods and I believe it also allows you to Meltdown items so you can get rid off that "vals crafting meltdown" if it does that (I may need to check)

- You will need Various Patches so go over all your Mods and look for Requiem Patches as by the looks of it would definitely be your Largest Mod game mechanic wise and would be the backbone for how skyrim plays as it overhauls the entire game to be more realistic

- I would cut down your Guild Mods by about 1 or 2 mods but I would definitely keep ESF companions, "Missing Apprentices" and "Research thief" both add missing quests to the game that are already added by the Mod "Cutting Room floor" so I would get rid of those 2 mods and replace it with that one

- Nexus Mod Manager is not a Mod so it should not be in your List

- I would also get the Unofficial Patches for Skyrim, Dawngaurd, Hearthfire and Dragonborn as they mostly seem to be the main reason people get Skyrim on PC as their goal is to fix all the bugs ingame currently it fixes well over "1000" bugs ingame and counting, That is 1000 problems that are present in the unmodded game that have been fixed including certain sounds, Dialogue, NPC AI, Misplaced Items, broken Quests and much much more.

- Download BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) it is designed to automatically adjust your load order to be the most compatible, You can find that on the Skyrim Nexus last I checked

it has not been removed, nexus only provides the link to it as it is NOT a mod, BOSS has been around before Skyrim has as it was originally made for Oblivion hence the name (Better Oblivion Sorting Software)

- OK If you don't have the Official Hi-Resolution DLC and I don't know why anyone would as it is an FPS killer and looks Horrible get rid of the Unoffiical Hi-Resolution Patch

- If you do have the Unofficial DLC replace it with 2k Textures but both can cause FPS loss

- Frostfall also has a Requiem Patch

- Load Alternate Start AFTER Requiem in your Load order

- Immersive Patrols also has a Requiem Patch

- Take my advice when you first play it, Don't load any mod but Requiem and just test the game out with only Requiem installed as many people find Requeim to hard or Frustrating and just can't handle it...The question is can you Handle it?

Some of these mods, provide the same outcome if you would've typed it in console commands.

What do you mean? What mods are console commands?

What did he meant was that some of your mod could be done with console command, so maybe you could remove some.

Anyway
Use LOOT for your load order, brother. Then you can feel safe when installing mods
It's the same program as BOSS, but better and always updated.

Indeed, LooT is the new BOSS; same thing, better support.

I suggest taking a look at some optimization guides if you are going to run that many mods with scripts.

In all honesty, I don't see much there that will be too taxing on your system, given you have a decent processor.

Also, it's very clear that you found a compendium of mods from a site or page and just copy/pasted the items you wanted to keep (hence the missing requiem master file, but inclusion of the patch). Can you please link where you found this list?
