Would you mind telling a lost soul how exactly I should take care The Skinner even in beast form? I have tried numerous times and he always kills me with that electric sword of his. This is on normal difficulty too with a sword wielding Redguard in heavy armor. Apparently I am not very good at this game. Haha.

Power attack him to knock him down, and while he's down kill his men. Roar and you won't be overwhelmed since they usually run away.

It's a big hammer.

I can't remember if at this point in the questline if you have multiple roars as a werewolf or not, but a general rule of thumb is that the fear roar is the most "survivor friendly". Much of the time, a well timed roar will send all of your opponents scattering and then you can hunt them down as you see fit. Also, in a one-on-one fight, power attack is absolutely your friend. Power attack to knock them back, fear roar, and then pounce on the guy who ignored the fear.

I eventually don't use the werewolf form much because you become unstoppable. I've gone toe-to-toe with giants and kill them without breaking a sweat. I've slaughtered and feasted on giant camps, Stormcloak/Imperial camps, and the unlucky Khajiit caravan to wander by.

Thank you both for the advice. I didn't even think to use the roar ability or the power attract, silly me. Cleared the room almost instantly using both those techniques.

I've never done werewolf, other than to get it out of the way. Do you have to fight this guy in beast form, as opposed to having the option and feeling it more powerful?

If so, I'm helpless to answer.

If not, combine any two of canis root, imp stool, or swamp fungal pod. That gives you paralysis potion. Move in and right back out to make him swing and miss. That gives you a moment to shield bash him, which interrupts him setting up his next swing, opens him up for a power attack with paralysis. Then pounce and lump him up while he's down. If he starts to move, hit your menu and apply another shot of it, put him back in lala land for more beating.

Emperor Titus Mede II, he left a lasting impression on me. This was a so called coward Emperor, weak and unworthy. When I was about to face him, I was expecting an ambush of him calling guards, him to try flee, perhaps even beg for his life. Instead I got a polite greeting.

I thought, hang on this isn't right. So I choose a dialogue that would perhaps scare him, but he just spoke me down. "Oh, you can save your sinister bravado. I'll not go to my grave whimpering like an infant."

I was impressed by him, found him honorable and was reminded of Uriel VII. Took only 10-20 seconds and I found myself agreeing to kill a man for him on no charge. I guess that was the intention, since there is a dialogue option to Motierre which you will say there is one more thing to discuss and he'll say what might that be? Where you have the chance to respond "Just a favor... for an honorable man."
