What we do in life, echoes in the eternity !
After too many years playing PS3 and skyrim since it was out, I decided to move to a PC. I am going to build my own computer and here is the setup that I have in mind :
- Processor : Intel Core i7 - 4770 Haswell 3.4 GHz LGA-1150 84w Quad-Core processor intel graphic
- Video : XFX Double D R9 280XTDFD Radeon R9 280X 3Gb 384 bit GDDR5 Cross FireX
- RAM : Crucial Ballistic Sport 8 Gb 240 pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 ( PC3 12800 )
- Power : Rosewill Capstone 750 W Continuos 50 degree C intel Haswell Ready 80 plus ATX12v
- Case : Rosewill Thor V2 gaming ATX Full tower 4 fans
- Optical Drive : ASUS DRW - 24B1ST / BLK / B / AS

... I am undecided if instead the above card, I pick the XFR R9 - 270X CDBC Radeon R9 270X 2Gb 256 bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Cross FireX Support .... and the motherboard : Gigabyte GA-990 FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA ( PHENOM II / DDR3 ....

... if any setup is more than enough to run Skyrim in ultra high def, then I need your help now to advise me what would be the recommended mods order installment. I have read a lot about this but I cannot find anything that tell me in what order should I install and what mods to install to avoid computer crash.

Regarding mods, I need mods that allow me :
- Build a house the way I want it and wherever I want it
- More weapons, armor and spells
- Better looking women and able to marry / divorce whoever I want
- Better Skyrim environment ( I am not interested in birds singing and stuff like that but It would be nice to have better weather overall )
- Hardcore gaming / more blood and able to cut off arms, heads and body
- More difficult enemies
- Availability to increase some skill trees as I please ( ? ) - I do not know if this is possible though

... basically that’s what I want. There are dozens of mods that I am not that interested. I do not know if there is a way to install just what I want or if I must to install the whole package as a bundle.
Long ago I was playing in PC but since 2007 to today, I have been using PS3 and I am tire of it. I do have an Apple computer but not that powerful to run Skyrim. This computer that I am trying to build, will be my gaming computer and I do believe it will be strong enough for the next 4 years or so. Need your help and thank you in advance for all of your help.

Is it possible to mod my 360 slim? Im wanting to add new armours and weapons. Might add some new questline mods if able. Is there a way to or do i have to deal with steam and shell out the cash for pc?

You can't mod the 360. Well, you can, but you have to be extremely tech savvy and I'm not 100%, but it also might be illegal to mod the console version.

I don't know about the tech aspect, but I'd suggest searching both nexus and steam for the mod types you want, and then comparing both size and rating. That will give you an idea of how much else you'll absorb in order to get the desired effect, and how many other people use/like it. For example, on nexus, you can get immersive armors and immersive weapons, both of which are big files and contain things you'll surely never use. Look at the maker's name and then seek out their standalone sets, to see if they've uploaded the one you want without needing to get all the rest. That helps keep your file sizes small and minimizes the risk of conflicts.

edit* Forgot to add, there are a lot of nice house mods out there. I don't know of a build-your-own mod with that kind of freedom, short of downloading creation kit and doing your own. Honestly, I've found that to be the most freeing, the most fun, and sometimes the most frustrating at the same time. If you google "creation kit tutorial" look for one called 'getting started,' and then that will link you to the tutorials hub, where the more specific ones are found.

Give it a shot. You might enjoy.

It's not illegal and it's perfectly possible. If you can solder it's not very hard. Look up the reset glitch hack. I run Skyrim mods on my console often.

As to the OP: That setup can definitely handle Skyrim no doubt. Apocalypse spells has a lot of useful spells.
