So I've had this happen before, and the cache files simply needed to be re-verified. This time, however, I'm having issues loading Skyrim and it might be due to my mods. I recently exchanged Midas Magic for the Apocalypse Spell Package. I also had to uninstall SkyUI and re-install Skyrim due to the SKSE errors everyone is getting from the new patch. Now I get the following message: "This save file relies on mods no longer present. Load anyway?" I click yes and it brings up the loading screen for around 3 seconds before shutting down Skyrim completely and bringing me back into Steam. Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue?

When I did that it still showed the error and crash. Is there a way to load it up without the mods and just rebuild from there?

Unfortunately that didn't work. I'll have to check for a fix for SKSE and attempt to rework it back into the system. Could be an issue with usually reading the scripts one way and finding the scripts another way instead.

Hmmm, maybe I put it in wrong...

EDIT: SUCCESS! I put in the SKSE, re-installed SkyUI and loaded an earlier save file. Everything's going, so far so good.

Thanks for your help. :D
