The game seems a little dark and silly looking when your in broad daylight and you can't see

In my opinion..
I have no issues with the lighting in the game. Seems to work perfectly for me. TV settings or in-game settings maybe?

I guess.....if i put the brightness all the way up on the game...it makes night time look like dusk. lol

Are you referring to the temporary sun blindness you get when you go outside? When you look at a bright object like a sun or a torch then look away your character will be temporarily blind while the vision adjusts. I think it's pretty cool! Or is your problem persistent?

oooooohhhh i forgot the game does that because of third person view....see i hate that view so i use first person so I guess it looks weird.

Yeah at first I thought it was my eyes being hyper reactive to this huge HD tv but then I realized it's an in-game mechanic. Just one more of those small details Bethesda wasn't willing to do without ^_^
