Skyrim is my escape from real life when work gets to be too much and I just want to play. I share my love for Skyrim with my fiance and we play on and off, him on the PS3 and me on the PC. I've been reading the forum for a while and decided to join (since I'm bored but too tired to play, and my fiance is working - poor baby). Anyway, I want to make some friends and learn lots more about Skyrim. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I start too many Skyrim games/characters to note all of them here.
I'm a twenty-six year old female, living in the US.
I just play Skyrim (I haven't played any of the previous Elder Scrolls).
I have many interest outside of gaming - my horse Romeo, horses in general, the outdoors, biking, hiking, pets and animals, music, writing, reading, learning, scrapbooking, guitar and much more.
I may never master anything, wasting my time dabbling in all the things I enjoy, but horses are my passion. I'm such a girl. ;)

You seem a decent fellow. I hate to die.
Greetings and cheers, ShayDLane! Yet another dragon soul has been harvested by the time-sink known as Skyrim. Well, two if you count your fiance. Have fun in the forums. Kinda hard not to. Happy
adventuring! :Dovahkiin:

And btw, you are aware that all your other interests? They're history now that Skyrim has a stranglehold on your life, right? :D Your fiance, too, for that matter. You two may have to introduce yourselves to each other after every Skyrim session.

Talos knows I do something similar with my wife: "Hey, I know you!" :D

Nice to meet you, dunklunk! (what exactly does your username mean . . . ?)

LOL How true that is! I'm sure he's very familiar with my glassy-eyed stare when I realized he's asked me a question . . . three times. It's very hard not to love the game! I have to set myself time limits so I'll get up and do other things. :D

Go to The Lobby and look for a thread titled, "What does your username mean." And no, I am not making this up. Look for me, and all shall be revealed. While you're there, you might wanna post what your username means, too. :)

But isn't time limits for Skyrim like chips or candy? Just. One. More. :D

No kidding! It's a shame we have to eat, sleep and work . . . that would give us a lot more time to play Skyrim.

”Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today.” - Benjamin Franklin

See, I believe Ben was misquoted. What he really said was, "Why do today what you can do tomorrow?" I should know. I was there. ;)

LOL Nice! I have a lot of things I leave for tomorrow that I could, supposedly do today . . . and that's okay with me!

Or instead, think of it like this: It's not that you're leaving it for tomorrow, you just don't wanna gobble it all up today, thus leaving nothing for tomorrow! See how that works? :D;)
