up till now,all my characters are build as you go type. This is the first character actually has a back story. probably not the most original, but it is a start. Any suggestion is welcome.
male
Race high elf
name Reven, darth revan the betrayer, his full title.
Skill: Archery, sneak, illusion, alteration and one handed.also conjuration but he use it primary to conjure bound bow
personality: funny, sarcastic and overall lack conventional sense of good and bad. His youth as an assassin really mess up his sense of ethic. Like a child dissecting cats, most of the thing he do is out of curiosity.
He is a follower of boethiah. Like his god, Reven hates stalemate. What is the purpose and fun of a wheel if it does not move.
Bio: Revan was an orphan grow up in Summerset Isle. Out of hunger and desperation, he attacked a high ranking Thalmor officer and got his ass handed to him. Recognizing the potential the child processes, the officer took the child home and trained him as an assassin. For years Revan killed in the name of his master. His master gave him a home and a purpose to live. Revan was witch hunter/night blade. He specializes in alteration, illusion and archery. His go to weapon is bound bow( kinda hard to convict a man for murder when there is no weapon to be found).
His master, the high ranking Thalmor officer, locked in a political struggle with Elenwen and her family. When Reven was 25, the master lost almost everything in a failed fight for power. The master was stripped of his title. Most of his wealth became the possession of state and his families became political hostages. Revan was forced to flee summetset isle. Before he left, his master handed him copy of Thalmor plan and last 2 orders
Order 1. Create a powerful enemy for the Thalmor, stir up fear in the mind of Thalmor. Disrupt Ellewen's mission and smear her reputation. In hope that within the chaos the Thalmor will be forced to employ his master and his master could raise to power once more.
This is the motive of all Reven's action in Skyrim. Leading stormcloak to victory thus expelling all Thalmor agents in Skyrim, proofing the existence of 2 most wanted blade member and stopping Acona served as indication of Ellewen failure and lack of leadership.
Order 2. Establish connection within Skyrim ( dark brother hood, mage and thief guild), when the master returns to power, there will be an army for him to command.
However, not everything went as smooth as planed. Instead of rescuing Ulfric,he was caught with stormcloak, thus begins the wacky adventure of dragon born. As time goes by, Reven fell in love with the land of Skyrim and began to enjoy his fame, power and freedom. He was thane in most of the holds, an honored member in all the guilds and had quite a few manshions, not to mention a lovely wife.Hell,he is even an member of telvanni house hold. Reven begin to plot against his master. He continues to follow his master's plan. When the master does raise to power, he will return to summerset isle and assassinate him. Thus throw summerset isle into true turmoils. With the death of his master, all trace of his former life will be erased and he will be free.
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

I like what you have going thus far. Pretty detailed actually for his past life. I like the way that he's neither pure evil or pure good. Adds some realism to it as in reality, most people are neither extreme but somewhere in the middle gray area between them.

You forgot one thing -- why were you given the power of the voice? Don't believe what the gray beards say, after all they worship dragons. There's a daedra lord involved somewhere...

Example - my vamps on turning using get the voice 'gift' from Molag Bal

First off the greybeards don't worship dragons , they are following the teachings of Jurgen Windcaller and commune w/ the current leader who at that time is Parthurnax.

Second of all, if you want to track the supernatural influence w/ the voice, then that's pretty much all Kyne, a divine, not a daedra

Different shades of gray. The fun is deciding how your character really gets the voice.

There is the lore, but after seeing the Grey Beards reaction to a man-made shouts, i've come to think that alls not what it may appear. I sometimes wonder if they have something in common with dragon priests.

It's a big hammer.
Now, I realize you're not doing a Star Wars build/character, but it would be cool to mix some more in there since you've already got the Knights of the Old Republic theme going. Pick a follower and groom them to be your apprentice eventually. You seem to be leaning towards Sith considering you've got the Sith code there at the bottom, so consider them your acolyte rather than your padawan. You need enchant your weapons and name them, "Starforge Elven Sword" or something. Also, get your character to level 80 and pretend the Black Knight is Mandalore.

I'll make a Mandalorian build and we'll fight. I'll focus on archery for blasters, one handed for vibroblades, and no magic/Shouts at all. Heavy armor, too. Smithing, for sure. I'll go around doing bounties and being a sword-for-hire. plops, this isn't a bad build the more I think about it.

Zuko... I'll see you in about 80 levels. Revan and Mandalore will be able to duke it out to see who wins the Mandalorian Wars. :p

He was loosely based Galen Marek from force unleashed. He was going to follow the Jedi path originally. I just don't think the shout is very jedi like. It has the characteristic of Juyo style,it is fill with both fury and malignant grace. So the dark side it is. Like my favorite character Revan, there is no definelty ending,so anything could happen.

Some Shouts are Jedi-like. Like Kyne's Peace which calms animals. Or the one that makes a noise in the distance that NPCs go look for.

I RPed a Star Wars character once, if not only briefly. The story was set during the Legacy comic books and I was a Khajiit because the Togorians are a similar race. The story was basically one of the Sith dropped me onto a planet (Tamriel) with the goal of proving myself a true Sith by conquering the planet and escaping even though space travel didn't exist yet. So, when I woke up on the carriage, I went about gathering power and defeating everyone that got in my way. The build was basically one-handed, destruction (lightning), sneak, illusion, and heavy armor (Daedric is the most evil looking armor in the game). And I went about Force lightning the crap out of people while hacking them with my Force infused (enchanted) weapons. I RPed it that the Force acted strangely on the planet and that magic was a unique way of tapping into the Force. Being "Dragon Born" was the primitive people's way of explaining my affinity for using the Force. So, like, Shouts were the ultimate expression of the Force and I was so adept at using them because I was a trained Sith.

This went on for awhile until I got upset at the Khajiit tail sticking out of my orcish armor. I tell you what, though, that was one of the strongest builds I've ever played. He was going through Legendary like it was nothing.

Anyway, yeah, Marek has a great story (though Disney recently confirmed it's not canon) and I think the back story you've come up with is awesome. If this is the first time you're RPing, I'm sure you'll continue to grow until you've got back stories that span pages and pages. It's really fun. Keep us updated on how it goes!
