If you wish to tell your Knights of the Circle about me, go ahead. I have nothing to fear from priests. In fact they would be good collection of my undead army. May they serve me in death.

Not quite.

The Knights of the Circle are the military force for the Order of Arkay. We are protected by Arkay, foolish Necromancer.

Arkay's Grace, which we bestow upon birth, to protect the souls of the innocent until they are old enough to exercise their own volition.
Arkay's Blessing, which we bestow upon the dying, to prevent their souls from being used without consent.
Arkay's Law, which we bestow upon the deceased, that their corporeal forms may not be raised to unlawful servitude.
Consecrations of Arkay

You have no power where we tread.

Oh don't give me this religious nonsense speech. You think Arkay will truly protect you from any dangers that bestow you guys? You're sadly mistaken. Perhaps you knights should learn a valuable lesson from Arch-Curate Vyrthur... Auri-El betrayed him by not protecting him from the curse of Vampirism. What makes you think Arkay wont betray you either.

I have plenty of empty black soul gems laying around, and wouldn't mind filling them up with the souls of your Knights. I do need to get some items enchanted... like my boots and staffs.

Because the blessings of Arkay work against Necromancy, which is why Necromancer's view him as their ultimate enemy. ;)

But that is a topic for another type of thread.

Now, now, don't get into a religious fight here. besides, we all know that Mephala trumps all.

If they're obsolete and inferior. Then your magic must be novice level, if they're stopping Necromancy. Poor Necromancers have to covertly go against the Order of Arkay.

Thus, any body properly buried by a priest observing the proper rituals is protected by Arkay's Law from being raised as undead. Therefore, necromancers view Arkay as their ultimate enemy, and make covert efforts to undermine his worship throughout Tamriel.

Go back to the shadows, little Necromancer. You cannot frighten those who serve the God of Death.

"I am the Queen of Solitude, daughter of the Emperor! Summon the daedra! I'll trade the soul of every last subject of mine for a little comfort." — Queen Potema

A new Empire is forming. It will be 10x stronger than it is now. Our Empire will be untouchable!

Even ole Falk agrees :)http://cs.uesp.net/index.php?game=sr&formid=0x000284ef

"If she returns to power, nobody could stop her." Not even your Arkay priest friends.

She's stopped, so pfff.

Yes, because Falk has extensive knowledge of the ability of Arkay.

The only reason you had to face Potema afterwards is because you were connected to the ritual. The Priest of Arkay seems fairly confident, even teaching you something to help with her minions.

"As to Potema herself, find what's left of her body, likely a skeleton. Remove it from the Catacombs and bring it back to be sanctified by Arkay."

The Knights of the Circle aren't Priests, they fight the battles for the Priests. But how funny that Potema (The most dangerous, and greatest of Necromancers) can never return now, all because of one Arkay Priest. ;)

Pwned.

Pff, I'm winning.

I am only saying that this thread is not the place to argue over TES gods and such.

This thread is the perfect place to discuss over TES gods... Talos is a god and that is why the Stormcloaks are fighting the Empire to regain back their independence, and their homeland.

This thread is about Imperials versus Stormcloaks, not Priests of Arkay versus Necromancers.

Everyone keeps telling me that. You don't win a debate against the DrunkenMage. You just get your ass beaten so bad, you don't even know it got beaten so bad.

Congratulations bro...

This thread is about Imperials versus Stormcloaks, not Priests of Arkay versus Necromancers.

Who would the Imperials and the Stormcloak support? The priests of Akay or Necromancers? Or both?
