It sounded like fun to me if we had a thread where everyone can post what happened today in Skyrim.
Just a little journal :)

So i will kick off,

Climbed the mountain to the greybeards, and they learned me some things about shouts.
Damn what a long walk was that, but the way back was a lot easier, just jump down from cliff to cliff.

Assassinated a bride at her wedding...

Was a lovely reception though

Afraid not, playing on PS3 so not sure how to do it. Was great, had to scope the place out, pay my respects to the bride, choose my spot ( a small balcony) where I waiting, took out my single dwarven arrow and coated it in my homebrewed poison. Then waited for the bride and groom to make their speech on the opposing balcony. Took aim, hold breath and loose...

Oh and then run like hell...luckily there is a River outside Solitude and Argonian's can breath underwater :D

Pestilence

Uneducated guesses since 1983
As for today, well today is the day I cure Lyconthropy; one way or another.

Auxilium

In my opinion..
I haven't played today yet but yesterday I was attacked by 4 dragons in about 20 minutes.
Today ill continue the Mehrunes Razor and farm Daedra Hearts.

zane2453

The Bill Gates of Skyrim
I fought about 8 random bears in the woods, killed a dragon, and went through 1 or 2 dungeons.

Nightmare Shadow

Master of Shadow
Helped a random guy avenge his fallen friends, killed a dragon, killed some vampires, traveled all the way to Winterhold, bought my house in Whiterun, slayed a bunch of Bandits. Basically just going crazy as a redguard.

Nightmare Shadow

Master of Shadow
I never really gave this race the time of day, but damn, I love it. Albeit, I'm more sword with a hint of magic (just found the lover stone) so now I'm gonna give my spells a boost. Love the game play. Nord full warrior is next.

Ebony Knight

Lore Sword
Saved the world again today....*sigh*. Some people just don't understand that dabbling in Necromancy tends to have chaotic results at best. Hopefully ol' Potema won't be waking up again. Discovered a new type of dragon while on my way to take care of a pesky cult plaguing Markarth. They seem to be growing stronger. Oddly enough this one had an affinity towards frost, I'm curious if this is a bi-product of the time spent in their frozen tomb. I hope to encounter more of these later in my travels as the beast seemed somewhat heartier, having a denser bone structure and extra scales compared to others of it's kind. If he is willing to listen, perhaps i will consult the leader of the greybeards over this matter. Time to be off again though, I've heard the whispers of another deadric prince. Soon I will understand all of their secrets and wield all of their gifts communed from Oblivion.

I went into Riften, attmepted to steal a ring for some fellow when I was detected I ended up screaming with terror and running into a corner, Fus Do Rah-ing the plops out of everyone coming at me, attempting to escape the city with my efforts being stopped by a lady asking me to pay a fine which I accepted after screams and tears of NOOOOO! Later I join the thieves guild and made sure people didn't screw around with them, and then was beaten up by a large man in the deep dark sewers. Quite the day.

Today as my level 39 thief/assassin I:
  • Led a swath of destruction through Rorikstead as a werewolf
  • Went to Castle Dour's training ground and took all the guard's weapons as they trained on the dummies.
  • After finally getting around to returning that Golden Claw, I broke in that night and stole it back.
  • Gave a beggar a septim, then pick pocketed it back.
  • Took training for pick pocketing, then pick pocketed it back (Oh the irony)
  • Went around Winterhold stealing everyone's clothes off.

Today I finished up my quests in the Mage College, bought and fully upgraded my home in Whiterun, and completed my Elven Armor set (21 Astromancer / Archer)

"Climbed the mountain to the greybeards, and they learned me some things about shouts."
I past through the gate (speed shout) by running and didn't figure out how to use it properly until hours later.
The trip up was a lot of fun - quite accidental actually - was mountain-climbing with the horse. After that I spent 2 hours throwing myself, and the horse, off the cliff to watch the crazy ragdolling and made a fun video out of it. It's posted in the thread "Post your character in action!" if you wanna see.

Today i started a new character based on what someone posted earlier. Its a Warcraft like orc shaman. Blasting everything on my path and engage with my warhammer (i dont use other weapons) to finish it off. Hes not very high level yet and currently im doing the compagnion quests to become a lycan. I guess hes more of a shaman/druid hybrid but who cares, i like my orc to become a raging killing machine if the situation requires it.

Nice one :) I think the first summon spell in the Conjuration Spell line allows you to summon a spirit wolf.

Not a very powerful companion mind but adds to flavour/RP of playing the type of character you are.

Not sure, but think there is also armor made out of wolf pelts (so you get a wolf helm) which also adds to the flavor. Not sure but you might want to check out one of the forsworn strongholds (think there is one west of whiterun) as they wear animal/druidic/shamanist armor.

Anyways enjoy!

Ye im aiming for those and go heavy on enchanting. Although the Arch-mages robes fit in nicely aswell. The headpiece are either Stormcloak general or Forsworn. Might stay on hoods tho because i dont want to gimp myself to much. And although the familiar isnt very powerful, its a nice distraction and i might consider using it. "Binding elementals" to myself (probably frost) is also nice.

I have the same problem with my assasin in that I am sticking to shroud/nighting Gale/Leather armor for RP reasons (am NOT sneaking around in glass armor). It does mean will not have the highest armor rating, but Enchanting can improve alot so it does not make the game unplayable :)
