    I don't think it does. Either way, loot it and worse case scenario it doesn't respawn but you still have the one set of stuff.

    Multiple Characters?

    For me, a big draw to have more than one character is the fact that perks are permanent. As far as not repeating quests, I think the Legion/Stormcloaks automatically prevents you from joining both so that is something that one character could not do both of.

    Multiple Characters

    My vote goes to individual "classes". That is the beauty of TES skill system is the vast number of potential combinations. A big deterent for me of the all powerful character is if each skill is maxed out it will potentially take away from replayability.
