    DawnGuard or DragonBorn?

    Actually miraak doesn't absorb every soul from the dragons you kill it's just that he absorbs most of them making it hard to get a lot of them. Also there is a thread on this already if you want to check that out for more opinions but I agree get dragonborne.

    Legendary is hard

    I would play expert then master and finally legendary. Sometimes if legendary gets too hard switch it to master. I personally play on adept until it gets too easy.

    Just focus on your smithing and you should do fine. Magic resistance helps a lot too.

    You could use volendrung as your hammer since it fits orcs well, smith up some orcish armor and join the companions just for something to do. I once made an orc that used bows. He was a heavy archer and rp'd him that he came from an orc army scouting out skyrim. I would just explore and do...

    I honestly love the thieves guild. I like the fact that you can't kill during it because you have to use your skills to get past people.
