    I actually had this happen to me too, I've tried looking up a reason how a dead character who isn't even in charge anymore can send assassins after you from a group you own, nonetheless..but have been fruitless in my endeavors.

    it's possible with the use of an exploit to be well versed in every skill, though i'm not sure if that is what you are looking for
