I saved my game before I used my book because I had heard there was a glitch. I played for another 20-30 hours and beat the main storyline plus goofed around a little, but then I reloaded, maxed my level to 81 quickly and now am just goofing around finding funny stuff and enjoying the quests and...- SkyrimLover

Good deal. I tried it on the PS3 at my friend's house but dont have any friends that own Xbox. I dont know that I would take it all the way to 80 and save the game and play from there, but I think it's cool to maybe get some of your skills up to 30-40 or so that you never use.
