I really enjoyed your Flameguard build on theskyrimblog, reminded me of the Salamander, but still very different. I'm tempted to run them both, they're both so good :)

Thanks for the rep. Alas, I'm not evil enough to withstand some of the drama on the forums. I've asked Rayven to delete this account. It's too much like high school around here. So if I don't get a chance to say so again, I've enjoyed your posts tremendously.

Sorry to hear that. I can take it, mostly because i can dish it out evn better, but if you don't have your account deleted, your input won't be lost. You were one of the few that contributed more than Grief.

Yeah. You sure can dish it out. :) It's clever enough, though, that I think most of the time, people don't even know what you're serving them.

Psi need your help/input. Don't know what experience you have with "Oblivion", but wanted to hit you up about using a custom Necromancer/Vampire type of class. Any ideas? Race, build, etc.?

I have next to 0 experience with Oblivion, I skipped from Morrowind right to Skyrim.

Psi we just need to get you your own website dedicated to Skyrim builds/tactics. Call it "Psiberzerker's Riotous Skyrim Rants" or something.

Hey man! Thanks for showing up to my Destruction 101 thread, I was secretly hoping when I started it that you'd show up and drop some information bombs--lo and behold, you did! I will happily absorb your knowledge when my lunch break finally rolls around. In any case, thank you.

That was a Soul Calibur reference, right? Just making sure. Also, your posts are unmatched in terms of useful information! I am always gladdened to see your responses to folks looking for build advice; it's unendingly cool that your knowledge of Skyrim nuts and bolts has been used as a resource.

Thanks for the rep earlier, I appreciate it. I'm trying to get better at thinking my perks through so it's nice to know I'm improving. Though I'd imagine actually *finishing* the game would help with my knowledge, so I can find out everything that's out there. :P

i've got to agree with the last few posts speaking about your contributions to my understanding of the mechanics of this game. i could go farther back, but i'm pretty sure it will merely rehash what is already apparent. i have spent a great deal of time researching skyrim in many forums and wikis for a variety of strategies and items, your posts are the best researched articles of anyone writing on this right now.

      Hey Psi,
I did a google search about how to build a pure mage maybe a week ago and found some really helpful information that you posted on the subject a few months back. It was actually helpful enough that I've been working on a character nonstop since, and have only just (at around lvl 35) hit some roadblocks on deciding how to spend my remaining perks.

In any case, I really appreciate the few posts you left about being an evasive pure mage. I had one or two failed prior attempts at a mage despite my interest in its potential to be a strong build. Rock on.

well, sad to say, you're quite right about the build you helped me with, the game is slowly becoming more and more boring, enemies are a joke, and there's really nothing to play around with :/ i'm starting to consider restarting with a more balanced, or more difficult character to use

Block is just a slow leveler. You almost have to turtle bash low level weenies to grind up some XP, unless you use it to stunlock in nearly every fight.

hi, i really don't like doing this type of thing. but, i posted a thread in skyrim help, and, someone did reply. but you seem to be like, a legit master of the game. obviously no one is inclined to do anything anywhere, but, if you'd like to help me create an orc melee tank. i'd like, be super appreciative. either way, cheers on being the most in depth guide maker ever.

Yeah, that totally sucked. I understand you just won, and all, but it's all fun, and games until somebody gets mashed into a ball of limosine, and massage therapist. I always said all they needed to win the cup was a decent goaly, I didn't mean it had to be fluffin Hascek!

Hey, if you don't mind I got a question. Like I said previously, I have no experience when it comes to getting Block perks for a two-handed weapon. Is the first perk worth investing 5 points into it, or just 1 to give me access to the other perks?
      1. Psiberzerker
        Psiberzerker
Depends on how much you use it. If it's your primary defense, like an unarmored 2H build, then you need all the help you can get. If it's in addition to Heavy Armor, a stack of Health, and protective enchantments, don't bother. Those are the extremes, so I'd save, experiment, and see what's right for your build.
