Xbox ever since I really got into gaming for the Halo series. Plus the keyboard/mouse makes me stretch my fingers way too far to accomplish something as simple as crouching. Triggers for guns and bows just makes more sense to me!
By 360 she means Xbox 360, if you were making a joke then I look like an idiot right now :p The max level cap is 78-81 so you definitely don't have to worry about what perks you choose because it is virtually impossible to screw up your character.

They deserve to be obnoxious, they are world class assassins; who is going to fluff with them? As for being tools, yes they have all dedicated themselves to acting as the tools of Sithis, embodiment of emptiness.
There are numerous mines located across Skyrim, but the best ore deposits are on top of the largest mountain in the middle of the map along with a pretty cool pickaxe ^_^ Alternatively, merchants will have increasingly useful ore and ingots for your smithing pleasure as you level up.
