that awkward moment when you go back to Breezehome after midnight and find Lydia and Iona (your wife) sitting in your bedroom together ... ladies?

Xbox 360 My friend needs a quick way to get 20k, any suggestions? post here.

Mehrunes Razor. yes. A very popular dagger to use. Has decent stats when improved, plus the 30x damage for sneak attacks with daggers combined with the instant-kill potential means that you can be insanely deadly if you play a sneak character.

    Your "wow" moments.

Doing the Thieves' Guild quest to grow the guild's influence. Doing the special quest in Markath: Found out that the head of this bandit group is a female, and one who sends proceeds of her "income" back to her dear old Da. How he knows he can't marry her off, but that he thinks she should...

I'm having a problem with lockpicking in the TG

in the Thieves Guild, if you are a member, I didn't think any of the chests were locked. Except the guild master chest. The rest were open and availible for me to remove stuff. I'm thinking a glitch in one of the quests that activates you as part of the guild. Did you finish the "Taking Care...

I killed astrid she had it coming

i thought she was kind of sexy. sultry voice. mysterious. curvy. her husband was/is a werewolf, but I was thinking if he got knocked off during a contract, I could step in and "console" the widow. ah well, guess it didn't turn out that way

    How you get your armor/weapons?

I smith. It allows me to pick and choose exactly what I want. But, I also loot and collect everything, not just for money but in order to put pieces together in different combinations. Currently wearing Ebony armor with the Blades helmet and the Dragonbane sword and a Daedric shield.

I killed astrid she had it coming

I kind of liked Astrid. PS: if you are level 40, you should be able to create your own gear. It isn't your level that determines the armor you can build, it is your smithing skill. You might look into smithing in order to craft your own weapons/armor. You can easily make some very...

    buying a house

Correct. Lydia is your housecarl, which means her HOME is in your house. If you get bored with her as a follower, she will go home: to Breezehome. And it works the same way with any other house you purchase. If you get a housecarl assigned to you as "thane", their home is your house. I...

Spoiler Dark Brotherhood quests - how to avoid bounties?

Thanks for the tips, gang. I'll definitely try bow and invis. Never thought about that before.

    buying a house

The bed is owned by Lydia, your housecarl. Your bedroom is to the right of the top of the stairs. The one to the left is Lydia's. If you talk to Proventus and get the "bedroom" upgrade, I think you get a large king-sized bed for your master bedroom.

    Xbox 360 armor cap questions

My current armor rating is 769, including shield and matching heavy armor bonuses. I have had Falmer knock serious chunks of life out of me with un-enchanted falmer weapons. I have, infact, been killed by Falmer. I don't know how their weapons get through where others don't, but they do...

    buying a house

Go back to Proventus and tell him you want to "decorate" your home. Each addition cleans up that particular room.

    Xbox 360 armor cap questions

The other thing to consider ... some weapons (maces, I believe) can ignore a percentage of your armor rating. Let me use some round numbers for easy math: 600 armor rating = 80% physical damage reduction 100 point attack = 20 damage recieved, 80% absorbed by armor if the weapon ignores 50%...
