    I saw a page counting the number of NPC's in all of Skyrim and the number of people in total was about 700 I think and most of the big towns/cities had around 40-50 people including guards.     I've been messing around in Skyrim by letting a Frost Troll follow to an inn. But I never knew they could follow you inside the building. Now all the people that were in the inn are now dead. LOL

    So a Jarl's court consists or a Housecarl, a steward and a court wizard correct? Is there anyone else in their court? I'm curious because I'm writing a fanfic about an Argonian becoming Jarl of Riften, but his court also consists of a spymaster and a Nord peacekeeper.
