Newbie to Skyrim. Could use some help.

Sneaking can be very effective early on, especially using a bow . Sneak attack with your bow can do 3x damage (deadly aim perk) so your basically doing 3-4 swings of the sword and can usually get off a few shots before your spotted. Early on that was the only way i got through alotta caves/ruins.
