No offense, but your OC is a tad bit Mary Sue-ish. De-power him a little bit, or at least drop the part about being the heir to the Septims. Maybe diversify his equipment a little more too, and give him a bit more backstory along the lines of how he got to where he is now rather than what his motivation is. All these are just suggestions, but there's my input.
