      To answer your question, there is no such thing as a "Paladin rouge". That phrase is an oxymoron.

      I am not the person to ask about a "witch hunter" build. I have never tried to build one, nor does it interest me. From what I can tell it involves Archery, Conjuration, and some other things - people's builds for Witch Hunters can vary wildly though.
