The latest Nonary Game commences on dedicated game handhelds June 28. We knew that much. We also had the vague promise the game was coming to PC, but no concrete date. Now that’s changed: Chunsoft and Aksys told the website Polygon today that the PC version of Zero Time Dilemma would launch June 29, one day after it comes out everywhere else. Not bad!
“In Japan, the Steam release and physical release are both June 30 (2 a.m. JST),” they explained. “But due to time zones, that translates to June 29, 10 a.m. PT (give or take some time for it to go live on Steam).”
There are currently no plans to put the previous two games in the Zero Escape trilogy on PC. But director Kotaro Uchikoshi believes it’s fine for players to start with the third game and move on to the other two later — it is a prequel, after all.
Polygon has also published a nine minute playthrough video from the English version of Zero Time Dilemma. Check it out below….
