Xbox One LOTD safe house problem

I have just downloaded LOTD for XBox, but every time I try to enter the Safe house the game crashes. It happens whether I try to physically enter, or use the Catalog to jump there. I have no other mods other than LOTD itself, Another Life and Special edition.
Has anyone had this problem, and found a workaround?

I found if you wait until all the sorting has been done it tends to work. Mine ocasionally still crashes when going into the safehouse, but much less if the museum is doing nothing else.
