Specific Mod suggestions needed

Hi all. I've managed to make myself wait this long to play Skyrim because I wanted my first experience to be with the work of the player community fixing it. Of course I will look for myself at the mods, but what I am asking for is mods that: a) Make the skill advancement go more slowly...
