Why? Like Auxilium said, games will always be based on opinion and in the eyes of people reviewing the game, a game can be perfect.Yes, it can be improved upon like your saying, but that's later and down the road, at that point in time "it's perfect" to that person.
I've never played a game with a world as large as Skyrim, so when I could see other towns and dragons from extremely far away that was my "wow" moment.
I agree with you. It's not always a matter of opinion, but it at times certainly can be.
Someone is just taking the meaning of the word, although correct, a little far.

I think that the Famitsu giving SKyrim a perfect 40/40 is great for the western gaming industry. Would be great to see...
