    Rare creature spotted

    I was exploring Broken Oar cave today fighting off the usual bandits when some strange creeature joined them i can describe him no better than these poor quality photos and as a man who holds his head which is a fish.

    The first book finding quest the librarian in winterhold tie glitches for me because I got the book before I went to winterhold and now he won't take the book and It keeps telling me to go back to the cave no matter what I do
