    PC Joining the Thieves Guild

    Hello all, I've completed the quest "A Chance Arrangement" for Brynjolf. But I am not given the "Taking Care of Business" quest. I've spoken to Brynjolf several times, even going down the the thieves guild and meeting him there but I do not get the quest. I've ever tried using console commands...
