I've been under the impression that dragons in general just keep respawning given enough time. Which is great when trying to elevate my fighting skill levels this time around through the game; I would customarily do what I call the 'Grand Tour', fast travel in consecutive sequence to each of the...
Glitches. That's what I hate most. Like my character's sudden loss of its ability to charge magical weapons. It's gone...<poof!>. Up to Level 65 this second time through and apparently now the only way to regain a magical weapon is to make a new one, or buy one and smith up the kill factor...
For some insane reason I decided it was time to replay Skyrim from the very beginning. Again.
I created a new character (Redguard this time), but I've run into a problem: the stupid dragon WON'T attack Helgen (or maybe it's actually smart, already knowing the sort of azz-whuppin' its kind is...
Not sure WHY it happened.
Was just east of Rorikstead on horseback just cruising around the tundra. Came across a mercenary along the road; decided that any soldier-for-hire type wasn't good enough for the ebony armor that she was sporting. Dismounted...then took her swarmy self out...then...
Exploits? Do you mean cheats? If so, I'm playing on an Xbox...sadly no cheats (I say 'sadly' only because my character has acquired some junk baggage that I can't get rid of in its carry inventory). I've just got some really potent Fortify Enchantment potions that I used to make these items.
I...
I've had several horses magically come back to life, though not with all of those that I've managed to get killed off during battles. For instance I've managed to lose three horses from the Whiterun stables, but only one has respawned. But two horses from Riften that I've used and were...
I'm midway through Level 79, trying to get to 81, or whatever the highest is...
The weakest skill I have is Enchanting, which is at Level 85 right now, so I've been trying to polish that up by collecting a variety of gear and soul gems to make 'stuff'. But in doing so it's made me a bit...
Hmmm...let's see...my character's a thieving, murderous, daedra cavorting monster when not killing for the (ahem) right reasons. Hard not to be if trying to play and experience as much of Skyrim as possible. Yeah...that's being a real role model for a kid, adopted or otherwise.
Would love to know exactly WHAT bugs got fixed.
1.7 still freezes like 1.6 did. And a couple of times I've had to relaunch Skyrim at startup because the sound wouldn't start. Quitting and restarting the program worked both times, but is still just as irritating as it was back with 1.3.
I...
...pushed to me thru Xbox Live; anything new and exciting?
I'll probably fall asleep before I have a chance to dabble much. Sooooo tired tonight...
EDIT: but not tired enough. It's comforting  to see that some things never change: like death, taxes and Skyrim on Xbox freezes...
Bat'leths. Lots of bat'leths.
Stovokor and Sovngarde are really one in the same...only the quadrant of the galaxy and timeline have been changed to protect the innocent.
Also wouldn't hurt (oh yes it would...at least our adversaries, that is) if we could cast spells and shouts...
Followers...meh, regularly don't use them 'no mo'...
Long ago, the only reason why I kept calling on Lydia early on was for her sparkling U-Haul trailer traits. Extremely helpful when looting, mind you. But as the level of my character rose, Lydia's own skills apparently did not follow suit...
Sanguine Rose was definitely handy and neat to watch, but nowadays I just dual wield a pair of legendary-finessed daedric daggers, sauted and spiced with a bit of fire and spark. 'Slice and dice' never has been so quick and oh so sweeeet, even against dem ornery ol' dragoons.
The sorts of toys...
Plenty are annoying, but only ONE is worth calling in the hit squad:
Brynjolf.
Finished the Thieves Guild quest line...become The Boss of the TG, everyone's rollin' in the gold, and yet you're too busy to talk to your new anointed leader who single-handedly saves the pathetic Guild's...
When you zipping along that mountain two-lane with the top down on a glorious Saturday and suddenly in the corner of your eye you spot a bush with little splotches of blue and think, "I really need to stop and pick some of those blue mountain flowers to replenish my Fortify Health potions"...
Early on Lydia was pretty effective for me...almost TOO good since I wanted some of that action for my character to build up fighting skills. But then it was like she hit a wall; going up against Forsworn and Falmer she'd do her usual commando/ninja maniacal charges, then have her head handed to...
Since the little harlot is not one for obeying commands, for about 13-14 level ups I so mistreated poor Lydia by leaving her all over the 'Rim. Thought that she might get it from a ornery bear, vampire or mage having a really bad day (or PMS). Or better yet, a mangy ol' dragon. Or that she...
