Who is Herself?
I'd say that because referring to someone as "herself" is being sarcastically deferential, capitalising it so it seems like a title reinforces that meaning. Or it's a typo!- Seagull

I decided to take the sacrifice seriously - use someone loyal, who I'm responsible for. Paying a mercenary just didn't seem respectful enough to the ritual.
